  • Hi Darlene, That sure is a lot of snow to get at one clip, but it made for some real beautiful pictures! Thank you for signing Toby's album! Isn't that funny, that he was so scared! He's such a characture! Thanks again! Vicky from Pa.

  • Angry Skies!!! It's a good picture. At least you didn't move the camera to soon and blur it up.

  • Hi Darlene, what excitement you have captured in this wonderful winter album. Colorful and picturesque scenes remind us of the Christmas time approaching very fast. I could almost hear the winter music coming out from your picture... Thank you for your generous comments. Kind regards, Rafal btw, apologies for silent - I am very busy at this moment - soon there will be more time for pictures.

  • Hi. Extremely good album, I just love it. Of course I live in Florida so I don't have to actually contend with the cold, slippery roads, and etc that comes with the snow! My favorite pic is the storm is here. Thanks for sharing this beautiful album. Don

  • Hi Darlene! I can say that I just love your snow album because, besides being such beautiful photos, we didn't have any snow here other than some flurries for now. :-)))) I am wondering if you got more snow today? As much as I don't like driving in the snow, it can be so beautiful to photograph and you have done a superb job with this album. Thanks for sharing and thanks for your recent guestbook entry in my Autumn to Remember album. Have a great weekend. Sharon

  • Hi Darlene! What a great album! However, I'm extremely jealous because we don't see snow way down here in Georgia. Wonderful pictures! Will revisit soon. God bless, Shaun from Savannah

  • Hi Darlene...I guess my photos must look pretty warm considering the weather you are experiencing!!! These pictures are absolutely beautiful and capture the wonder of the Christmas season! Thank you so much for sharing them & thanks for the notes in my guestbooks! I look forward to working more on my albums, but for now I'm busy at work (Christmas at a large church is a very busy time of year!) God bless you, Lynn

  • What a gorgeous album of a beautiful, but powerful snow event. I loved it from the beginning Approching Storm to After the Storm. The pictures in the cemetary are great. I never would have thought of tromping thru the snow for those great pics, but am sure glad that you did. I lol outloud at some of your captions. What a great album! Thank you for viewing 2 of my Christmas albums and your very kind comments. Take care, Sharon

  • Hi Darlene! Thanks for writing in my guestbook. I always like to hear from people who look at my pictures, especially when it's somebody new, so I can go see their pictures too. I love the idea of photographing the progression of the storm, and you've done a wonderful job. Thanks! Jon, Seattle.

  • Beautiful! I too have mixed feelings. So far we've have less than 1/2 inch and it stayed only over night, but I know its coming after almost 50 years up here. Best regards, Lloyd

  • Hi Darlene, I have mixed emotions about your latest album. I love the photos and the journey through the storm. BUT it brings to mind the upcoming months here too. Northern Mich. gets its fair share of snow, in fact where I am averages over 11 ft. of snow every winter. On the west side of the state where I am we also get the lake effect variety. I'll share some of my winter with you when it arrives in its full fury. To date we've only had a dusting but fear not the wrath of the snow clouds awaits. LOL - Really though I did enjoy the photos and the vision you have for seeing common things and making them speak volumes through your pictures. Garry

  • Darlene, I'm so jealous. I miss the wonderful lake effect snows of New York ! OK, I miss New York ! *sigh* It's still warm here, tho it has cooled down to something much more reasonable. Of course the natives are all freezing now ! LOL !! Thanks for the peek at Winter the way God meant it to be ! - Love, Pat

  • Hello Darlene, I am very honored to be the first to sign this album. You have captured Lake Effect Snow Event wonderfully through your photos. Favorites are, "Angry skies" love the beautiful cloud shots! "Ice water, anyone?", "Peaceful Blanket", and love the bright blue sky contrasting the snow in "The Morning After", however, all are spectacular. You have created another beautiful album! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful photos and albums. Kay
