Brain, how long do you let the ribs stay in the rig before you install them? Do you steam your ribs? Nice looking boats. Jim

Brian, I came across your photos while searching for info on SOF kayaks. Your work is the best I have seen outside of sites that are specific to schools and classes. I would really appreciate asking you a few questions relating to how long you have been building, materials you use etc. I have been dreaming of building a kayak for a number of years and have now become very interested in the SOF method for its beauty and history.
