Hi Linda. I enjoyed looking at this album. It's hard to believe that it was your first attempt. You have a great mix of photos and it's hard to pick a favorite. I like the Japanese Gardens, the photos of the lake and you sure have some beautiful roses. Thanks for sharing. I'll be back to look at some more. Al...

Me again! You are too kind! I'm lucky to have so many cardinals! I don't know why they flock to my one lonely feeder, but at one time, I counted over twenty! (Of course I didn't have my camera with me at the time.) It's a fun competition with my Dad to see who has the most birds and the biggest variety! Thanks again! : )

Thank you so much for the kind words on my featured album! Just what I needed on such a dreary winter day! I'll be back to visit your albums as soon as I finish my "Thank You!" notes to all! Thanks again! Judy : )

Thanks for your entry in my guestbook, and to answer your question, Orcas Island is in the San Juan Islands of Washington State, just east of the southern tip of Vancouver Island, BC. I can see why these are some of your favorites, so many beautiful shots. But my favorite would have to be the flag your grandson Johnathan made for you, priceless! ... Thanks for sharing, Brenda - Australia.

Hi Linda, You have a beautiful view from your deck and your pictures show it very well. I enjoyed looking at your albums, the sunsets and roses were great. I live in Elk City, that is in far western Oklahoma. I have only had my digital camera for a year or so, but I have always loved to take pictures. Web shots is new to me, but seems to be great fun. Thanks for your comments on my albums. Cynthia

Hi...Thank you so much for the sweet note in my guestbook! This area really does have some beautiful scenery...and it's warm!!! We've been in the 80's lately! I actually wish it would cool down a little so that it would feel more like Christmas!! :) I've lived in this area all my life, but my dream for the day we retire is that we would live in a beautiful little house on a lake with gorgeous sunrises or sunsets every single day! Occasional snow would be nice (as it's something I've never really experienced) but...not too much! So...I guess you're living out part of my dream! I've really enjoyed your photos! You're doing great...keep up the good work! Have a wonderful Christmas & a very blessed New Year, Lynn

Hi Lindamarie. Nice to meet you:-). Not only are we both Lindas, but it appears that we both live on lakes, love flowers, scenery, and sunsets. One of your photos, "what a view to have out of your window", looks exactly like it was taken from my window. The tree placement is exactly the same, but our lake is maybe a little deeper in the distance there. That may have been one of your vacation photos, though. Your flowers and sunsets and lake shots are all beautiful. Thanks for sharing them! Oh, I've found that all Lindas are within 2 years of age. Have you found that, too? When I was 36, oh so long ago,I read that there were more 36 year old Lindas in New York City, at that time, than any other name. I'm 55 and have never met another that was more than 2 years, 3 tops, older than me, and have never met one younger. I wonder if our name will ever come back around again in popularity? Keep up the good work with your photos!

Another great album. Keep up the good work. Imagine my surprise this morning as I opened my e-mail and had all of those guestbook mailings from webshot friends. The new album of Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons was chosen as one of the featured albums of the day on Sunday September 26, 2004. I was so thrilled to be chosen once again. I still don't know how this works, (to be chosen) but very happy to have been. love you my special sister! segseven, OKLAHOMA
