I just wanted to say that I stumbled upon not only this site but your album in particular. I am always scanning through images on the net for inspiration for paintings. I don't photograph so I rely on photographers to provide my details. The vision in your photo's, how you frame your shots are exactly what I picture in my mind before I paint a subject. Hi Sharon and Bob...I think this is one of the lovliest places on earth and I am so glad you are able to photograph it. I love the azaleas, the daffodils, the tulips, the weeping cherry tree, the crabapple blosssoms, the wisteria, the Japanese garden, the zigzag bridge, the arbour arches, Paradise Island, the statues, everything!!! You have other albums of this place and even though it is the same place, the shots are all different. It is an amazing place and thank you for taking me along on your visit. Oh Sharon, that's a fantastic new album!!! We had a wonderful walk with you through the MBG, thanks!!! We love all these marvelous color combinations of flowering trees, bushes and plants! We feel the Spring, we smell it! My favorite is the Picture of the Red Dogwood Blossom framing the Japanese Bridge, but also the Stone boat basin with the bird (beautiful stone!) and the cute young lovers! Nice that there are even wildflowers in the park! Concerning the closer views: We particulary like the magnolias, the 'Inside of a Tulip', the pansies and the tulips with our Swiss colors...! and of course we disvcovered with pleasure some familiar animals: ducks, grackle... Thanks, Sharon, not only for this awesome album, but also for your last three nice guestbook entries! Our favorites are too many to list here but just a few include Weeping Flowering Cherry Trees, Mallard Ducks and Weeping Flowering Cherry Trees, Pink Hyacinths, Fountain Sculptures in the Milles Sculpture Garden (wow! awesome reflection shot), Tulip 'Casa Grande, Two Girls Dancing Sculpture and Three Musicians with Spink Pavilion in background, Arched Trellis at Gladney Rose Garden with Magnolia Blossoms Pansies, all of the Tulips and azaleas, Red Dogwood Blossoms and Drum Bridge, leading to Teahouse Island, Azaleas at the Entrance to the Japanese Garden with Granite Stele Stand.
