Album Description:
Pictures of North Dakota, off the beaten path. Sights not normally seen by travelers. Old structures, farm equipment, and "a dying way of life." Generally, things I love about North Dakota.

hey, thanks for the great photos of Fargo. I spent a half a year there but didn't get many pics of old town. I joked with my mom that the highest vantage point in town was the highway overp#### on 94 (out by Boomtown). These are just terrific! What a grand theater, I am glad they restored it, (much nicer than the modern googleplexes!)

Hi, You make your state and county and town real for the rest of the world. I hope you get lots and lots of WS visitors. What the population of Divide County?

How do you find them all, Jerry? They are wonderful! I think this has been my favorite album of yours to date. I see all the possibilities... imagining it would be possible to rehabilitate some of those homes. Would you believe we used a hand water pump very similar to that in a couple of your photos, when I was a girl? Charlotte

Jerry...who are all these people abandoning all those barns? Love the pictures, though! You make abandoned barns beautiful, lol!

Hi Jerry, a very nice album this one, and the rest too. I like the shots of the slanting old houses and the trains. We have no trains here in Shetland. I have never been on a train in my life. All the best, George

Beautiful photos help one to remember what living on the prairies truly means. I always like to photograph old buildings and often thought of the phrases: Open house, First time buyers..., Fixer Upper, and Air Conditioned...Thanks for the memories...Gaildbm

Jerry, I love this album. It shows a passing way of life. In California, the history was mostly mining, but I like to show that off also. Doug

Jerry, Once again you have put up some wonderful photos of the country as we see it. I love the old, old deserted buildings. I can't help but wonder about who lived there, what they did, where they went, etc. The colt is really cute. Another great album from you. Sharon
