  • Hi!!! I was searching for a certain butterfly desription and came across your site just below one of mine. I thoroughly enjoyed the slideshow. Your descriptions are wonderful. Thanks for sharing!! I have butterfly photos on two sites; rgarrow and rgarrow on Webshots. I have a better camera this year, so hopefully I will get some better photographs. Have a great day!! Bob

  • Beautiful Work Suzanne! I don't know what the difference is; but some butterflies have their wings spread when they are lit and some varieties have their wings together when they are lit. Beats me why they would be differnet; but I have observed this when trying to photograph. As you can see there are no butterfly pics in my albums; so I believe your talent far exceeds mine. Thanks for sharing; I truly enjoyed, david

  • Hi Suzan! I enjoyed your album a great deal and appreciate your indentifying all your butterflies and moths. Seeing that you are such an expert maybe you can help me in naming the ones I could not ID in my Butterfly album. I appreciate your visit and the nice comments you left on some of my photographs, Jacques, Qc. Canada

  • I love butterflies and was thrilled to find this album. Did you use a telephoto lens to capture these amazing photographs? The butterflies seem to be from different areas. Did you stumble upon these creatures on a hike or at a butterfly preserve? I'm very impressed with your capatures, the clarity and composition. Thank you for sharing them with us. Nancy

  • Great pictures, Suzanne! Looks like you are having as much fun with the birds and butterflies of Florida as I am in Malaysia.

  • Great Pictures. I can appreciate the work to catch the butterflies still long enough to focus. I just posted a butterfly album this weekend. I'll bet half the pictures I originally took were a blurr. Now if I can just get a hummingbird to sit still. I tried this weekend but failed. Jim from the North Georgia Mountains

  • Suzan, how do you get the butterflies and moths to set still long enough? Good work however you accomplish the shot. Ed/Albuquerque
