  • Wonderful pictures. I hiked the HST in '03 and had six straight days of rain - some torrential. It's nice to see what it looks like when the weather's good. Happy Trails!

  • Beautiful photography - and countryside! I've been researching Trans Sierra routes and a WebShots search re the High Sierra Trail pulled up your album. Very nice! I was leaning toward Mineral King north to Whitney Portal, but your fabulous shots convinced me to start at Crescent Meadow and stick to the High Sierra Trail throughout. Thanks!
