I am VERY impressed with your photo's. They are truly amazing creatures. I am so happy that i found your albums and were able to show them to my gf Angelique. The most superior of all creatures on this planet we call home, its just a pity that our inferior species keeps them in cruel tanks expecting these intelligent dolphins ( the largest of the family of dolphin the orca was also stupidly named by humans) to perform circus tricks - such a shame..... one day i shall meet with these creatures in the wild open ocean for i shall never watch their grace and spirit be destroyed by our species .... Those are beautiful pictures. I have a whale room in my home which houses my whale collection of nearly 200 items. Orcas are my favorite just because of the simplicity of black and white. I have even made different quilts using the whale theme.

GREAT orca shots, thank you for sharing, I am working on altering some Sea World shots so the 'outsides' are turned to water, I hate that most of the good pics of orcas happen in captivity...although I don't feel that what they do at Sea World is wrong...I think that 'they' like 'we' can handle a certain amount of 'captivity' as long as there are tradeoffs...like love and attention. And you can tell they get lots of that there. Again, your shots are great!

I just love the live action photos of the orcas. Since I was a little girl I have been fascinated with these mammals. I like that ypou have taken pics of them in their natural habitat and not the captive one's I find so saddening. I believe that they ALL should be free. Thank you again.

Truly amazing pictures...I was in Telegraph Cove two weeks ago and saw the orca's from shore and from the kayak, the experience of a limetime...have been reading the work of Alexandra Morton since and am hooked! I'm trying to get in touch with people that study/work with/protect/... marine mammals in general (and the marine world that keeps these mammals alive in turn...). I'll welcome any advice/addresses. A terrific collection of these awesome creatures! I love Orca's and always remember my experience in seeing them in the wild when i went fishing with my dad when I was young! They would come right up to the boat. Don't see them much anymore around that certain area but I will never forget that experience! Truly magical, and these photos are just so beautiful!
