So you are a displaced hiker in WI too? I thought I was the only one! Let's hook up for a hike once the weather breaks. -Ralph

Very nice photos of the OLP. My brother and I used to hike that strestch of trail every Thanksgiving. The trips ranged from sunny and 50F to 2 feet of snow and 0F! I moved to Wisconsin and sure miss the Alleghenies. Some day I go back. Keep hiking!

I love seeing these pictures. I am a 49 year old male who has become disabled from multiple sclerosis. I used to love backpacking. Now the only way I can see the places I never got to hike is through photo trips like yours on this site. God bless you. Keep photographing.
