Sharon congratulations on another wonderfull album & thankyou for your comment on my "Gold is the Colour" album. You must have been a few days infront of us & are obviously much fitter as we cannot do any hiking, as there is a lot more blue sky in your photos. Love the Red Mountain photos, we were there on Oct 1st with some good snow but could not get up Pikes Peak on Oct 5th as 18" snow had closed road. Best Wishes Ericy

Hi Sharon and Bob... Thank you so much for writing and telling me about this album. True I am not feeling well, but I wanted to see this album. Its beautiful. The scenery is magnificent!! I love all the colours of the trees, the mountains, the resevoirs, the roads through the mountains, the lake, even the one with no name..actually it is the prettiest, I think. I love the cabins, the ghost town, and the old mines..Beautiful album. Thanks for sharing. How you are both doing well. hugs and love, Barbara

Hello Sharon and Bob, What an awesome collection of Autumn photos! Thanks for taking us along on your vacation through the lens of your camera. As always there are too many beautiful photos to chose favorites however, the lead photo Pikes Peak and Aspens is simply breathtaking. We also enjoyed veiwing Red Mountain, Snow on Mountains from Glen Cove on Pikes Peak Highway, Aspens in the Maroon Bells Recreational Area and the great photo of Bob by the Balanced Rock in the Garden of the Gods...just to name a few. You two have done it again! Another spectacular album filled with your beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing them with us. Lots of love and hugs, Bill and Kay

Sharon (and Bob!): what a splendor, this album - it makes us think and speak but in superlatives: awesome and very varied landscapes -as you wrote mostly far from tourists' roads- excellent photographer(s?), very careful identification of every view (so often one gets tired to read but figure-legends, instead of words!). Each picture is a masterpiece in itself - how choose reasonably the most impressive ones?! Anyway, for me it could be: Waterwheel, Georgetown Loop Railroad, Aspens and Lake on way to Guanella Pass, Maroon Lake, Red Mountain, Bob and the Balanced Rock (Bob, you missed to take Sharon!:) ), Silverston's Carrara Christ. But the list in reality is not exhaustive at all! - Congratulations for this really outstanding presentation!!! - Love from Henri (Käthi will write on her hand, as soon as she will be able).

Sharon please next time you publish an album like this send ahead an e-mail to take some "heart pills" in order not to have a heart attack of pure joy and excitement... this is to much for a simple person like me, I am completely speechless... priceless pictures and my congratulation to you (both of you with Bob?) If I don't see this album featured in the time of 10 days ... well you don't need a feature , there would be so many admirers that you would not have time to even read the comments... A warm hug for both of you a California SALUTE/Kathy

Hi Sharon, I'm so glad that I stopped by to check out your latest album! I was supposed to go to Colorado this past month to visit my favorite "photo friend" (she & I used to go out on many of our Friday's off work to "play," which for us meant photo excursions!) Since I didn't end up going, I can at least live vicariously through your beautiful album! Every single picture is gorgeous! Now my husband & I are planning a 3 week driving trip to this area next July, so I'll experience the wildflowers (no complaints here!) rather than the fall colors! Thanks so much for sharing!!! Take care & God bless, Lynn

Dear Sharon: I loved your earlier Colorado album and downloaded every one of your photos, as your travels paralleled so many of mine, but mine were not during that glorious colorful fall season like yours. . And here you are with an even greater album from your most recent Colorado trip that captured the splendor of one of my favorite states! How you must have enjoyed taking in all this breathtaking scenery and recording it for us to vicariously travel with you! I admire your talent in locating some of these out-of-the-way places and then creating the best possible composition of every scene. Naturally, my screen saver collection is going to increase by 77 more wonderful photos. I recently bemoaned the fact that I have not been back to Colorado for many years - but with your photos I gladly take the role of an arm chair traveler. My thanks and best wishes to you and Bob! bruno

Hi Sharon! How are you and your family doing? Haven't talked to you in so long. I noticed your new "Colorado&qu ot; album so had to take a peak--loved it! I wanted to thank you for sharing more of Colorado's endless beauty. I love your Red Mountain photo--the soft lighting made the color very special. Are you still at your same e-mail address? Hope all is well with you. My daughter and I finally made it to Colorado...we had a ball! We listened to "True Grit's" soundtrack as we drove over Red Mountain Pass. You might take a look when you have time at my newest albums. There were so many photos, it wore me out just putting them on Webshots. God Bless and drop me a line if you've get time. Bye For Now! Hello Sharon and Bob! What a wonderful gift to your webshots friends to share your colorful pictures of the 'Colored Colorado'!!! I came back several times to look at every picture! As Henri already said: masterpieces! I tried to choose a favorite, then another, another.... can't mention them all! A place where I would like to stay for a long moment: Maroon Bells of #5. I especially love the ponds with the reflections of #19 and #34; the aspens of #23 with the red tree in midden of the yello and green colors, Maroon Lake's with its reflections etc....The trains are so picturesques, the coke owens very interesting, also the beautiful rock formations in Garden of Gods! And as you know, Mule Deers make part of our special friends! Thanks so much, Sharon and Bob, you did a great job! It's wonderful to hike and travel with you! Love and hugs, Käthi

I believe from viewing your albums that you're a resident of Missouri (St. Louis Botanical Gardens albums) and you that travel in the west a lot. I've lived in Montrose, Colorado for 16+ years and in 2006 my husband and I will be moving to Missouri (both born there.) I love your albums because they represent all the wonderful places in the U.S. that we love - Missouri, Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, etc. Thanks for such wonderful photos!

Hi, Sharon - I have already left my comments back in October. As I don't have your email address, I am using your guest book to invite you to view my just released album on the recently opened Cypress Gardens which we visited about three weeks ago. You had been there before and had asked me to let you know if we visited there. The flower portion was a bit skimpy, but they really did not have enough time to prepare. We hope next year the flower part will be better. I took no pictures of their newly added ride section - there was something for every age group - but most of those contraptions look similar - why waste the effort? The album is under francismi, Title "Return to Cypres Gardens". With my warm regards, bruno

I've been quite often here visiting your albums and have listed you to my favorites since quite a long time. Sometimes I sit in front of my computer with open mouth (must look quite odd...:-)...!!)just being in awe for your photos!!! Than I do not understand why not ALL your albums have got a feature! Well seriously, for my taste you have just stunning, awesome, perfect profi pics!!! "Shades of Summer" is one of my favorite albums. I mean not single photos, no a whole album! Really, really wonderful. You have such a wonderful talent to take hold of God's fantastic creation in a photo. They are like paintings! Thanks a lot for all the work to bless all of us. Thanks for a great show. I live in the UK, but I have been privileged to visit the USA several times, including Yellowstone and Glacier NP, twice each. I think the scenery in these two parks is the greatest I have ever seen. I also enjoy Canada, but have to say the scenery is not quite so good. The Cassiar Highway and Telegraph Creek are interesting, and I will be visiting USA and Canada in June. A trip to Glacier is included.

Hi Sharon. I hope you liked what I picked. I tried to mix them up a bit but if you want I'll change them for something you choose. At the moment they are at the end of Pt 2. I do switch them around when I get bored. lol. Thanks for being part of this. I think you are in very good company in my album. I love all the people who are in it because they are so friendly. I've only been in webshots since mid January and the number of people I now consider as friends is unbelievable. I noticed that some of your albums date back to 2002 so you must know everyone on webshots I guess. Thanks again Sharon, I appreciate it very much. Bye for now. Hugs Al.

Hello Sharon and i am so glad you signed my Roses guest book because it has given me the opportunity to spend a while in Colorado with you. What beautiful photos of fantastic scenery! Just as we outcasts over here have always imagined outback America to be like and that train REALLY summed it all up! I have nothing as dramatic as this to show you in my albums because Australia is just not that sort of country but I guess we are unique in our own way. Thanks again and I have earmarked your site in order that I can go through it from start to finish over the next week or two. All best wishes, Peter in Western Australia

Hi Sharon, I have you as one of my favorites under my other name (lablover712). I used to live in Colorado Springs and really enjoyed looking at the Colorado pics again. There are so many places I didn't get to see but viewing your photos again makes me want to go back. Thanks for signing my guestbook also. Jenny

I cannot begin to describe my appreciation for your photos. I am a Colorado native (Colorado Springs) and have never seen my beautiful state depicted so well. You have really captured the reasons I can't live anywhere else. While I am grateful that your pictures bring visitors to enjoy our state, I am equally glad that you've made it possible for me to enjoy my mountains when I'm stuck at home. I would love to see what you could do for Taylor Park, my favorite part of Colorado.

To Sharon, the pictures you submitted of Colorado are beautiful! I watched all 77 pictures in the slideshow. You showed some parts of Colorado that the travel books don't really show us. I never knew that there was so much marble and marble rocks situated in that state. And you were able to get a picture of a steam train curving through those mountains. The autumn colors of red, yellow and brown are just fabulous. Did you ever find out what lake that was that they never showed on a sign? Good road pictures from Interstate 70 too. Preston, NC

Hi Sharon! Thanks for the note in my hummingbird album! Life's been VERY busy! We've packed most of the house & since last Friday we've had people swarming through the place! Once we sell it, it's off to Colorado to pick out a new house! So...I've enjoyed a few minutes (just a very few, as I'm at work!) to look at this album & dream of the type of fall that I will experience next year!!! Thank you so much for sharing all the incredible beauty - I really needed this today!!! Lynn :-)

Not much I can add that hasn't been said already. Great album. My favorites were "Looking Through the Aspens," "Red Mountain" (that stretch south of Ouray is always magnificent), and the colors in the second picture are just spectacular. Your pictures are always great whether in St. Louis or Colorado.
