I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at this collection of fungi, and marvel at the various shapes and colours, which you have captured to perfection. How many of them are found in NZ?

A wonderful album. Did you find all these specimens in the same location? I have never seen so many different fungi in a single album. Great photography. - Steve

I especially enjoyed this album. In the early days of my art experience, mushrooms were what the tole painters loved. I could hardly ever hope to see so many varieties and colors as you have captured here. I also want to thank you for being such an avid photographer, you do your country justice in rendering so many incredible images. It's just so beautiful every where you go, and you are so wonderfully sensitive to nature. Your awsome.

Hello from Western Michigan. Your fungi photos are astounding - especially the close-ups. You certainly have exotic colors and shapes - most I've never seen before. Do they all grow right there on the South Island? I live in a woods and thought we had a lot of variety - but nothing like this album!! - Best regards, DeeAnne :)

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to discover this part of nature which isn't well known. Mushrooms are beautiful. Some look like flowers, some others like strawberry sweets. Their colours and shapes are so nice and surprising ! Thanks for sharing. Cecile, France
