Em you have just surpassed yourself with these cloud photos. They have made getting up early very worth while. Truly magnificent and I love the way your imagination kicks in. Had to slow the slide show right down so's I could see what you saw. You have a true artist's power of observation and flair for detail and next time I go through this album it will be photo by photo, NOT a slide show because even a 10 second per shot is too fast at times - can't keep up with your quick fire brain! G'day Em, I am gobsmacked! This album is beyond beyond. Magnificent shots and an invitation to allow the mind to wander and explore the possibilities of our own imaginations. Nature certainly turned on a performance that morning, and you had the best seat in the house. I'm glad your camera was at hand. It's good to see you're giving the new camera a work out. Hello Em once again and many thanks for your latest guestbook entry in my Bush Fires album. You asked if I have any slides of up Yeppoon way, well, we never actually got to Yeppoon although we came VERY close when we did a sort of circular run round out of Rocky one day. Yesterday evening I spent a couple of hours running a few boxes of slides through the projector (haven't done that in years) and I had just reached the Queensland lot when I realised what the time was and closed down for the night. So I'll be on to those this evening. As I told Keith I found slides of so many places I could no longer put a name to - hopefully someone will be able to help me out with them. Then there are those that are totally outdated - for instance I am sure that Noosa now doesn't bear any resemblance to the Noosa I photographed back in 1980. Oh well, tempus fugit as some wise guy once said. See yer later mate. Peter

Hi Em, its me again, I just enjoyed your gorgeous sunrise. Wandering through them and reading the captions is nearly as relaxing and joyful as being there. After such a wonderful morning the next day looks even brighter. For me it was resting after an awful day at work. Thanks for that! :-) I like especially 'Moving The View towards City Centre' with the telegraph pole and a curtain of wires and #24 'Power of the Clouds' with those dark clouds and the glorious light behind them. You know, I like(!) those telegraph poles. We have lots of them too! Once I made out of love to them a whole album with those 'trees out of steel' . Since that album I see more and more of those 'trees' and more and more similar albums on the net, not as many as other themes, of course! Have a wonderful day! - Galit

I love the name eaglespirit..and lived on a cliff once and had the enormous pleasure of watching the beauty and fantastic eye of the Eagle living in nature. A man once shared his view with me in the form of a proverb to life..."why fly with the sparrows and see what they see, when you can soar with the eagle and see the view that he sees"!! I love the creativity and imagination you expressed in playing with the shapes in the clouds! I STILL do that from when I was a kid too! I love it!!!! I had so much fun viewing each photo and seeing what you could see in the clouds....brilliant! So many were my favourite as it all just sparked the beauty, different magical realms, fun characters, the beginning of a story or perhaps an end......All of it!!!
