    • Hi Sheila. First up very many thanks for your latest entry in my guest book - you are very kind with your words and I really do appreciate them very much. I have been looking through this album of spring flowers and am struck by a) their attractiveness and b) by how well you have photographed them. We have snowdrops, would you believe and also winter jasmine which has the most delightful aroma when in full flower. I also had a look at your misty trip up Snowdon - something I always wanted to do but never actually got round to. Lately I have read a couple of good books by people who bought old cottages and land on the slopes of Snowdon and set up a mini business with sheep etc. Enthralling stuff and your photos brought it all to life. Best wishes, Peter

    • Hi Sheila, thanks for your message!! It is so nice to hear from you. It is funny, that so many people do not know about Citrus flower honey. I live in the citrus area of Israel (the Sharon area) here are lots of beekeepers. In winter the bees have the citrus flower and after it wildflowers. You even can get Avocado- or Eucalyptus honey! The citrus honey is the very usual honey, - but very tasty indeed! If you send me your address I can send you some of it! Your snow will go away until you get it, but the taste is heavenly even without snow! :-; Galit

    • Hi Sheila, Oh how I love spring flowers. We have not started to see any flowers yet here in the midwest, but it won't be long. I go out everyday to check on my daffodils...so far all I have seen is a couple of hardy weeds.....but at least they are green....lol. Thank you so much for your comments on my Kimmswick album. I am so happy that you enjoyed it. I did another album in Kirkwood, Missouri yesterday which is another one of my favorite places, so check that one out when you get time. I love these neighborhoods and I'm just out there looking for color to feast my eyes on until our flowers start blooming. Thanks again and I'll be looking forward to more photos from you. And, yes, please feel free to paint anything from my photos that might appeal to you. I would be honored. Take care. Peace and Love. Donna

    • Hello Sheila, first time on your site, found your user name on an Australian site talking about spiders. Gross!! I especially like your Winter 2005 Garden blooming, primroses, cyclamen, snowdrops and jasmine. Of course, one has to plant these species sometime before in order to get them to bloom in the wintertime, you've a nice garden going here. I wish I could say the same of ours. Visit my site if you wish and leave a note while you're looking around or catch my email on my home page. Maybe you can find one to paint. Thanks again for your showing. Ron/Oregon Coast

    • Hello Shelia, how are you doing. You have a good start in your garden already. The wind the other week blew 9 pieces of glass out of the greenhouse. Another week or so and I will start to replace them, not with glass though. Proud to be the first to sign your guestbook. Love, Ray and Eileen.
