HI fellow Oregonian. This is a classic spot for photographers to capture Portland's beauty. I love the angle and lighting you used in this picture, however just one comment, Portland is usually NEVER smoggy and I've seen this shot many times with a nice clear environment. Perhaps you took the picture during the summer after one of our warm spells when we can get a bit of smog and that's why I think with your tallent and the awesome spot for a shot, you should re-take this picture during a sunny fall or spring day, without the smoggy background this picure would have been perfect. I really don't like to be critical of anyone art as I have no right to do so, but my comments are made to be positive and I hope are taken in that manner. Take care and happy snapping!
