  • We lived in Livonia, MI before moving to California and then to North Las Vegas, NV. I worked in RenCen in downtown Detroit on the 30th floor and remember when a storm hit (actually a tornado hit) and the sky turned the same green. The windows in the tower were vibrating from the wind. Then they told us to go to the center core of the building. It blew out several windows (mostly in the elevator shafts). Who knows, it may have been the same storm. Anyway, we all survived safely.
