Hi Jayne. I like your photos, they have that little bit of something special about them. I think the thing about these old mills and other buildings is that they have a bit of "character&q uot; or something. The old hodgson mill is a perfect example. I wouldn't know a good photo from a bad one but I know what I like and I do like your pics. Thanks for sharing. I posted an album yesterday about our little walk by the Molonglo river last Sunday. Check it out if you have a minute or three please. Gotta go my friends. Hooroo for now. Friend Al...

Hi Jayne and Joe and what a great album this is. Well deserves it's feature and I congratulate you for that. I started to list some favourites but soon gave it away but the ones that have stuck in my memory are all those of the Zanoni Mill B&B (what a great place to spend a couple of nights) I was also very taken with all the shots of the cabin in the woods and also......aw heck, let's say I loved them all and have done with it!! I also enjoyed your antique album. What fun to just wander through a small town's antique shops! My husband and I are currently driving in the country looking for country churches to photograph. Hi Jayne and Joe, I remember the Hodgson Mill in a jigsaw puzzle we worked on for a couple of days, an interesting site when the history pops right out at you as the pieces are put together and you've helped it even more by photographing the surrounding area. The dogwoods are beautiful in your scenes. A few in the woods here all seem to pop out at once and when they're not in bloom, you'd think they've disappeared altogether. I like your style. Keep up the good work and thanks for the vacation in the Ozarks. Best regards from Coastal Southern Oregon. Ron

Hi Jayne. I think the new stuff might be the last five or six shots but I like the whole album from whoa to go. The old dawt mill and the other old buildings are great to look at. Catch you later. Hugs and best wishes Al.

Love your photos. It seems that all the old mills in this area have burned, tw within 10 miles of each other in the past year. I enjoyed seeing yours, very scenic and very nicely photographed. Thanks! Linda :-)

Note to Shaky148: Sorry you're having a problem! All I can say is try again -- photos from this album have been downloaded a lot (38,000+) so I'm sure it can be done! Or, you might contact Webshots directly! Thanks for the message! Jayne

Thanks for your kind words about my featured album. Since then I have combined that album with my other Canadian album, so you may want to take another look at some of those also. Jon

Hi Jayne. I've never been to Missouri. I hope to get there someday and I hope to see Hodgson Mill, it sure looks beautiful. I just did a 50th wedding anniversary photo shoot, if you get a chance, take a peek.

I love this album. My favorite. One reason is that I was born not far from Hodgson Mill so Missouri is my home state. Did you ever get a shot of the old Mineral Point schoolhouse? It was a one room school house where I went to 1st grade. I don't even know if it is still there. My cousin has a wonderful painting of it. It's not far from Caulfield , Missouri. Thanks again.

Hi, Jayne! I love the photos in your Ozark album! I'm originally from south Arkansas (Smackover, to be exact) and Highway 7 runs right through my home town! All your photos made me a bit homesick - we're living in eastern Utah at present - and I really do miss the thick stands of trees with all the accompanying colors!
