Hi Don: I have just been looking at your awesome photographs. Wow! unbelievable. Once before I asked your permission to paint one of Vaseaux Lake and you said I could. I wonder if I might ask permission to do the paint cans and perhaps a waterfall. Last time you asked if I would send you a photo of my painting, but at that time I did not have a digital camera. Love your Palouse photo, I have often sat on Steptoe Butte and taken pictures like this (not nearly as good). Also the occasional glider stepping off the summit to sail away on the winds and a friend recently spotted a moose meandering there! Lovely picture ~

I love your work, especially doors and windows. There are no other photographers who capture the feel and the color the way you do. I joined WebShots because of your work and you are the only one who I feel shares my "eye" for what I would choose to take a picture of if I were able to and in the places you have shown us.
