This album is spectacular! I am going up to Oregon in July as a favor to myself. I am in love with the country there. I just wanted to point out this picture,"Along the old mill race" is quite different. It's like when I look at it, I am getting a 3-D effect, like the little white dots look as if they are on the outside of my screen! No I am not doing drugs,..its just a mirage..but it's pretty cool. Thankyou so much for sharing such wonderful photos.

#56, "raccoon..." what an amazing circumstance - and then to photo it so well. It really brings a laugh - since raccoons are somewhat humorus acting animals many times. I think that naturalist "John Muir" would have appreciated your photos as much as we do. Wonderful camera work! And sure appreciate your mind's eye for subject matter. - Very Sincerely, Seattle

Another awesome album Les as I tour Oregon through your eyes & camera lens...To me Oregon is "God's Plantation" as He has filled it with so many awesome places to enjoy...I spent 2 wks in the Pacific Northwest but just touched the tip of the iceberg as far as sights seen..Many favorites in this album as you have such an "eye" for beauty which is a gift from God..The Sunsets # 46 & 61 are simply awesome as they are "TOUCHED BY THE MASTER'S HANDS" as God paints these awesome scenes for our enjoyment..Also a great self portrait & love th "peeking coon" capture..Thanks for sharing & again Congratulations on your selection as "Featured Member of the Week" as you are paid an Honor & Tribute by Webshots for your outstanding photography..Enjoy your Special Time in the Spotlight as it's truly a well deserved honor...God's Blessings from Texas...Ken

Hello Les, thank you so much for your kind words in my album. I've just started my journey thru your wonderful nature albums. Alaska is a place I've always wanted to visit, due to it's breathaking beauty. Have only made it as far up as B.C. so for now I'll enjoy the journey thru your camera lens! Thanks and happy trails, Marita. Houston. Tx

Dear Mr Glacierman54, Thanks so much for introducing me to your wonderful world among the alpine forests of Alaska & Oregon. I truly enjoyed every one of them all. I don't believe I'll ever get the chance to visit & see the places you move around. But with the splendid shots you took, I am able to delightfully view, be immersed & savor your natural world. Indeed, I feel I've taken that magical trip to your place. My life and surroundings revolve around the tropics - so much warmth, seawater, & greenery as well. But these pale in comparison with the grandness, awesomeness, and beauty that seem to envelope your daily existence. In that sense, I envy you. You seem to be enfolded by nature & I sense that you truly delight in it. You are blessed. And in that sense, I, too, have been blessed by the wondrous shots you've taken & shared. Thank you for the wonderful trip to your world. May you and your handy camera ever continue to delight us all. Gratefully, Mary Ann
