    • Hi Claudia! Beautiful album - I love autumn/fall very much and these are some wonderful captures of this time of year! It's now starting to turn at home so I am hoping to get some photos myself as I have actually never photographed autumn before :) I really really love your creeper on tree photo - the red is gorgeous and the contrast with the silver bark is wonderful in it's simplicity - I'm going to add it to my favourites! Thank you very much for your comments in my guestbook and did you think that the Devil looked like a squirrel?? I love that shot as I thought that it really showed the marsupial nature of the Devil rather than the evil carnivore you usually see!!! lol! Lots of hugs my friend, Kate

    • Hey Claudia, what an awesome album! There would be no way to pic a fave from this album, as they are all just beautiful fall scenes. page to page they are all just to pretty! Makes me wish we could just pass right on by spring and summer and head right back into fall! Thanks so much for visitin the "Cherokee snow" album. It was great while it lasted, which was a total of bout 12hrs each snow. You can only stroll when u find it..LOL Went into the smokys to try for some shots, but every rd I went onto was closed. Guess I will just have to camp out there all next year, in the park, and when it snows I will be right there. HOpe this finds u doin well, it was really great to hear from ya again.     • Beautiful autumn images...we don't see much in the way of that kind of color here in the southeast Alaska rainforest (greens turn to greys as the rains come in autumn!) and it is so nice to see such a lovely world...thanks for sharing...Les in Alaska

    • Dear Claudia, Back for my second look at this autumn album of yours and its interesting to see how different it is to our autumn season. Some beautifully captured images I especially like the pumpkins and gourds. I have been out and about in a favourite woods of mine over the last few weeks taking pictures of how it has changed. It really has been very mild here and we are still getting dragonflies and butterflies on the wing.     • Hi Claudia! "Closed For the Season" says it all, doesn't it? We went up to the Lake Placid area on Wednesday and spent the night. I am really glad that we did...with all this rain I'm afraid most of the leaves will be gone! Would you believe even Placid rolls up the sidewalks early?? I was amazed...5 o'clock and all the stores were closing!! What kind of tourist trap is that?? lol....Sorry it rained for you!! And its supposed to rain all week!!!! I'd like to get up north one more time before the leaves are gone...oh, they are having "Primitive Rendezvous" at the Moose River Recreation Area this Sunday...supposed to be really nice...I'm gonna try to get up there..if it doesn't rain!!!
