Great shooting Rhonda (If thats really your name). I know hummingbirds are pretty tricky to catch on camera, but you certainly did a great job here. Those red flowers (or what ever they are), make a terrific backgound. Best of Luck, Bill

Hi Rhonda: Have a good New Year...ANNND, were you able to have your Christmas dinner? Anyway, I have to commend you on your hummingbird pics...especially the ones in flight. You're likely as speedy as they are. lol They're not the easiest to photograph because of their speed. Viewing the album, I noticed several potential POTD pics. Kudos for this album. Hugs from Ron.

My husband and I love humming birds, he makes sure I put the feeder where he can see it from his rocker. These are great shots. You have an eye for beauty.

This is a wonderful album of a sometimes elusive bird! Very nicely done! Thank you for your kind comments on my Linkoping Sweden album! I had just purchased my Rebel before my trip to Europe, and should have brought the instructions, and stopped to review my shots! The white balance was off on many of my photos, and I had to edit them in photoshop elements to remove the bluish colorcast! I returned my Rebel an purchased a Canon 40D instead! I'm vvery happy with it, and have learned alot about digital SLR's! When I finish publishing all my Europe photo's, I'll begin to publish my new camera photo's! Thanks again, Rhonda! Johnny:)

Heya! Just watched this in a slideshow. Some of these shots are truly great. I remember how hard it is to "shoot" these little buggers - they're so fast! Must be great to live in a place where they're just in your back yard. <jealousy creeping in> ;-)

Rhonda, I commend you on this truly amazing album here...This is awesome camera work my dear...such detail and color, and the action shots are so stunning...these tiny birds move about so quickly that it is not easy to capture them...What kind of camera did you use?...keep up the GREAT work my dear...The only kind we have here in Canada, is the ruby throated.....take care now...Larry.

I would love to buy special occasion cards or thinking of you cards to send to my friends throughout the year with these pictures ono them, Hallmark doesn't have pictures this pretty on their cards! Rhonda, this ia very nice album. Do you know? 1. Fast wingbeat giant bird has 10-15 per second, small tiny bird in normal flight has about 50 per second, heartbeats 1260 per minute and span of life is 3 to 4 year. -Jay
