Hi Eric; I viewed this album before but again it's a great pleasure to my eyes. You are a master with the camera ! Thanks for your visit to my featured album today and also thanks for your comment on the photo "heart of a magnolia". You are totally right; that picture isn't good at all. I'm happy with that 'critical' note. Bye, bye for now and till the next time ! Greetings, Els

Hello Eric, thank you so much for taking some of your busy time for answering my messages. And thank you also for your kind words about my Alentejo fields. I really think you should visit Portugal, I believe you would love it, specially if you made it in Spring. I really don't know from where you got the idea that I have those great liguistic capabilities:) Now, about this beautiful album: I really enjoyed it. You have here such nice, pretty and relaxing images! Green is really a wonderful color, and one of my favorites. It was a really great idea, this album! About Esteva ( the flower in my album which you tried to keep in your garden, I don't think it's easy to grow in any climate or land. I have tried it too! Next time I must bring a good portion of land with the plant! Weather here is fine, only too hot and more heat is expected! A little rain would be welcome! No, not today, I'm going out for a stroll:) Best wishes, Rosa

Thank You, For signing my guest book and the nice comments. I will leave a short caption soon on each picture. The majority of the photographs were taken at the Jersey Shore in New Jersey USA. The lighthouse is the Barnaget Lighthouse in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I was flying the kite next to it and taking the picture at the same time. I started my hobby of photography two years ago. My camera is a Sony F828. It’s a great camera but it has a fixed lens. F2.8 TO 200. I have plans on getting a Cannon EOS-1Ds Mark II. “Dance Like No One’s Watching!” :o) John

Hi Eric, thanks for inviting me to this beautiful album. The English 'green' is much more green than our dried Israeli 'green'. A lovely album. My favorite is #44 the tramlines in wheat! There are a lot of excellent pictures in this album. I laughed about you describing yourself. So you are a Black Mulberry man! So far so good, but did you see, what happens to that gnarled tree in spring! It is young again and again!! LOL I tried to choose for every one a suitable flower. I am really happy you like it!:-) - Galit

Hi Eric, thanks for your kind words in my new Flowers album. I'm glad you like it. As for the chrysanthemums - there are many kinds and so many names for them... Thanks for creating and sharing this Green album. I like this color very much even that it is less eye catching than the red, purple, blue or yellow. You put very beautiful pictures in this album, I really enjoyed my visit. Best wishes, Yair.

It is amazing how many different colours of green Nature comes out with! In freshly mown grass itself there are myriad colours depending on the type of grass. Add conifers, fruit trees and then you are iinto your album. Excellent topic, so well executed. I am enthralled by the sheer variety in the album. Marvellous work. Thank you for stopping by my Colorado album and for the appreciative comments. Best wishes, Suresh

Wow! In great expectation of spring your greean album is more than wonderful to view!! Also your very interesting featured album now caught my eye, lucky you to live so near to all those famous and beautiful places. I live near these places, as you have been to Helsinki and visited the Olympic Stadium Tower - I can see the top of it from the window of my computering room.. There are big buildings in front. This is my first of many Webshots albums. I had just bought the camera for Taormina. Thank you so much for visiting my Sorrento, most kind. You have such great albums yourself. Greetings, have a lovely weekend, I will go to watch Emmerdale on TV now!! Nothing like Yorkshire. I would go there if they would drive on the right side of the road :) Merike

Hi Eric, Thanks so much for the note on my Yosemite album today. It is definitely one of my favorite places on earth! (not that I've traveled as much as you have!) I like your comment on this album. I, too, love the color green. I sometimes wonder ##### my father gets through life, as he is color-blind, and sees all greens as brown. I guess that's why he loves the desert and I love the mountains!!! Thanks, again, for dropping by & leaving me a note! Have a very merry and a very green Christmas, Lynn

Hello Eric. Well I finally got here to say thank you so very much for calling by the day of my feature. I appreciated hearing from you. Now it is my turn to compliment you on this great album of yours. You have done an excellent job of capturing soooo many shades of green. All your pics are sharp, with good compositions and such healthy foliage!! Not a naff leaf in sight. I am hoping to see YOU in the 'spotlight' one day soon. Can I please ask a favour. The Rome album which you very kindly signed for me, I have to delete it as I had sooo many problems with it. Would you therefore mind signing the new album that has replaced it. When you have the time that is. Thanks. Sorry to be a nuisance. We can at last download community pics. Thought that problem was going to last forever. Take care and enjoy the weekend. Jayne ####

Hi Erid!! My favourite colour in the world is green and your album is just wonderful!! I loved the Pine Buds and wanted to reach out and touch themm and hot great did the Tramtracks look!! An art mentor once told me that there are 22,000 shades of green and I have never forgotten that. He studied colour mixing for 4 years...and that is way too long for me so it is a beautiful experience to feel the special presence of Peace that goes with green. Definitely no headache hey!! Just perfect!! Loved all the shapes and the fruits too...and the leaves and grasses and plants were a total feast and tks for sharing and greening up my day!! Glad that your weather is nice today so enjoy...Your Summer is over now I suppose and the slow trek of Winter begins to ease on in. We are in beautiful Spring...so all the flowers are showing their early faces as Winter was a little mild compared to some. It was beautiful though!! Tks for your lovely words in my Mists album and for stopping by and saying Hi!! I keep a low profile on here now as I am way busy with painting.....and it was a beautiful surprise to reply and stumble into the Green album. Wonderful and tks for sharing. Do take care and have a really great day...Kindest regards.....Em from Aussie!!

Dear Eric, what a feeling of relaxation one gets when viewing this album! IT IS TRUE that green relieves stress! Your shots are so beautiful, the mixture of leaves, not yet ripe tomatoes and apples, and the green walnuts! I had no idea you pickle them in Britain!!! It is something to think of!I am stunned by your knowledge of each and every plant!!! Is this a hobby or part of your professional knowledge?Well, look forward to more of your albums.
