Hi Steve,You never let me down with your high srandard of photography, absolutely superb. It's certainly a whole different type of scenery that you bring us,but always beautiful, perfectly composed and so unspoilt. The laminated rocks are so dramatic and typical of the texture that you include in your shots,Flame Lichen on a Rock is a fantastic image,Best wishes as usual, Rod.

Hi and thanks to Rod for the invitation to this fantastic album. It's hard to pic a favorite, every pic is not only beautiful but interesting. I guess the first "Melba Gully" would be my fav if I had to pick one. They are all so beautiful it's hard to choose. Maybe Web Shots will wise up and feature this great album. bowlingranny/cacklinhen

Hi Steve, 217_1710, what a beautifully fortuitous combination of elements. Was this digital? It reminds me of one of mine over at the Barnchaser site, "Keystone Park". ;) I love the saturation and the combination of water, clouds & shadows, mountains, and water plants. I see a lot of my other Webshots buds have already been here, including "Gypsy, Marianne, Syble and Ken. Trust them to know good photography when they see it. Charlotte

Lovely atmosphere, misty autumn looks and the new wonders which emerge from underneath. Love those fungi! Here in WA I've seen only HUGE white fungi. They break the soil and cracks appear and out they come with great force. Lovely to see. Wish I could take pics like you! Congratulations with this splendid album, regards, Marguerite.

Hello Steve. These latest pics. are brilliant. Just recently, encouraged by a lifetimes' enthusiam for photography, I built an album of my pics from a trip to Peru and then I found your pics of Machu Picchu and thought they were absolutely GOBSMACKING!!!!!!!!!!! The Andean Portraits were wonderful as were all your other albums. Some of your shots take my breath away! Shamefully, I then hid my album in the private section but would love you take to take a look. They are under my member ship name ( gwdrimini ). Any critique from a talented eye such as yours would be welcome. Please lets see some more landscapes. Respects,George U.K.

Hi Steve! You have the knack of making a beautiful picture out of anything, ie. all the things that most of us would pass without noticing, like Fungi and Old Wood, but you prove that each has its own beauty. The Red Panda is gorgeous! Keep the camera rolling and thankyou for sharing.. Gladys.
