The shot that reads "This shot brings back lots of memories....." looks like Paiute Pass. Is it ??? Great shot !!

Cool shots buddy. Big Desolation Lake was my first backpacking trip way back in 1975. I remember it like it were yesterday. Caught my biggest Golden Trout ever on that trip at Big Des ( 1 3/4 lbs. huge for a Goldie ) Been back 3 times since. A little more crowded each time, but still, plenty of your own space. Did you make it to Golden Trout Lake ? Aboslutely beautiful !! Take care.

Just came back from a BP trip to Humphrey's Basin. Trip cut a little short because of all the smoke from the fires in Sequoia. Still nice though! First trip with a digital camera. I discovered your web site here while on the web planning for this trip. I just put my photos up there on webshots as well. Pretty cool I must admit. Sierragrizzly.
