Album Description:
This trip was for my 77 year old marathon buddy, Tom, who's ambition has been to climb "his" mountain. The final 1800 ft ascent up scree and talus proved to be too much, but we had a nice time anyway.

Nice pictures - if you ever want to go back and try this one again and want company, let me know - I haven't done Tom yet.

Mt Tom is a tough one! Congrats to your friend Tom for getting out there! I also hope to be hiking when I'm his age! Nice photos! I just got a new flower book so I'll look those up.
