Thank You, For signing my guest book and the nice comments. I will leave a short caption soon on each picture. The majority of the photographs were taken at the Jersey Shore in New Jersey USA. The lighthouse is the Barnaget Lighthouse in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I was flying the kite next to it and taking the picture at the same time. I started my hobby of photography two years ago. My camera is a Sony F828. It’s a great camera but it has a fixed lens. F2.8 TO 200. I have plans on getting a Cannon EOS-1Ds Mark II. “Dance Like No One’s Watching!” :o) John

I just returned from an assignment and want to thank you for all the kind words. I never expected to have Florida Jets featured and it was quite a surprise. My motto is to never give up and I hope it works for you too. Regards, Phil Bousquet. (aircraftmodels1)

Hello Marlis! Breathtaking views of the Canadian Rockies. There is something so majestic, almost regal about the snow covered mountains. And you have captured this majesty so well in your album. I enjoyed the slideshow. Thank you for the appreciative comments in my Uzbekistan and Goa album. Best wishes, Suresh from India

Sharon again ... as for Hill Tribe Granny! It was quite funny, we had trouble telling whether she was hilltribe granny or grandpa until she stood up! Sharon

G'day Marlis and thanks heaps for such a stunning tour of the Canadian Rockies - scenery with the mountains, water and reflections and the cloud formations are my favourites. You've added even more to me putting this high on my 'to do' list. Sincere thanks too for your comments on my featured Aussie Sunsets/rises album - I really appreciated that. Have a happy weekend, Lorraine - Australia

Marlis, thank you for your comments in my GB for my featured album on Ireland. This is my first feature and I am honored, excited and a bit overwhelmed by the response. I know you understand how it is. I browsed through your albums and will definitely be back. You know one of the most beautiful places on earth must be the Canadia Rockies around Banff and Lake Louise. Your comments are especially appreciated. Thanks again. Bill - Texas

Thank you for the nice note. The dog in the picture was never really thrilled when the cat cuddled with him, but he would put up with it. I know he really did like the cat, they played with each other often. We lost the dog this last spring. I love your pictures of the Canadian Rockies. I grew up just 7 mile below th BC line close to Fernie. Beautiful area, I love those majestic mountains, and you did a beautiful job of capturing them! I think mountains are so hard to do justice to.

Hi,this album is excellent, pictures are both well taken and clear and very interesting,as we are going to Calgary on April 20th and we are going to tour the Rockies for about 10 days before driving down to Vancouver and onto Vancouver Island,we return home to the UK on May 27th.I have sat for over 30 minutes with this album taking in spots I would like to visit, all the pictures are good but 14 looks like an active volcano with the cloud formation,15 there seems like a face in the clouds,73 breathtaking and also 99,this album would make an excellent feature.I had one of my albums featured on October 17th,it was Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island taken last year,we love Vancouver as you would see with my album, sorry this is so long but I have really enjoyed them, thankyou for sharing, take care Ann (Chester UK)

Hi Marlis, thanks for sharing this beautiful album with all of us. I was told many times that the canadian rockies are a wonderful place to visit but I didn't have a chance yet. After watching your pictures, I know I have to travel there soon. I liked most the reflection in #7508 and the two pictures of the lower falls at Johnstone Canyon but many others are beautiful as well. Thanks for visiting my Slovenia & Montenegro album and for adding a kind comment in the guestbook. Best wishes, Yair.
