    • Hi Beth, I love this old architecture. I love the vaulted ceilings. I love the myriad of arches, the forest of columns. Most of all I love the patterns laid out by the sun streaming through the windows or through an arched gallery. Your album has a bit of it all. I wish I had at least one of these places near so that I could attempt to capture those patterns. Thanks for allowing me to visit. Greetings from Florida, Paul. P.S. Thank you also for your very generous words on my Lowry Zoo album. I must say, however, that I didn't see the tear on the giraffe's eye until I was selecting the pictures for inclusion in the album. Once I saw it, the picture was in!

    • Hello Beth. Beautiful photos of Lacock Abbey. Such a fine building. Where is it located? I've never heard of it. Thanks for your comment on my latest sign. I found it about a mile from where I live. Actually, they are quite popular. Wherever there's either a centre for the elderly, or sheltered accomodation specifically for the elderly you find them. You Americans have a different sense of humour to us Brits, hence you see this sign as being quite funny. All it's telling us motorists to do, is slow down, as old folk might be crossing the road. Anyway, if it's brought a smile to your face, then I'm happy. Enjoy your week. Luv n'hugs Jayne xx
