Hi! Thanks for commenting on my Cape Cod photos...I hadn't realized that those cabins in Truro date back to the '50's. I did notice that they are all named for flowers...Since they all look alike, I guess it's a good idea, so that guests know which one is theirs! I've lived in New England for most of my life, but didn't make it to the Cape for the first time until the mid nineties. Since then, I've been back many times...I like visiting in the winter, when the tourists are gone....That's a good time for taking shots like that one of the Truro cottages...No people or cars to clutter the scene! I like your photo of the Somesville walking bridge. I took a shot of the very same spot, but the flowers in my shot were less coloful, if I remember correctly. I think they were all geraniums that year.

Nice collection of photos here!I haven't been to Deer Isle since 1990 but I remember it as a special place,which you capture in your photos.
