Love your pink cockatoo. My cockatoo photos are in the wild in "My farm in Tasmania" album. Your tropical shots are indeed enticing.

Someone asked where these photos were taken. Looks like the old Parrot Jungle in South Miami to me. The banyons and walkways looked familiar, and considering another album had shots of Viscaya...it's gotta be. Thanks for the tour back home.

hey awesome pictures I just wanted to let you know that the flower you have as a strange flower on the forest is a type of ginger which is called shampoo ginger or pinecone ginger. If you squeeze it this stuff comes out and is actually used in alot of shampoo and conditioner. the pictures are beautiful

Hi- I love these pictures and was also wondering where you took them? Florida or South America? The Cockatoo would be Australia, the Scarlet Macaw would be S. America, so I'm betting FL! Beautiful! Last time in FL we trekked into undergrowth and found a wealth or wildlife-closest I've been to a rainforest excl: HI! Gars and alligators, pelicans and bromeliads! Linda/NaturesReef/Colorad o
