Hello Lynn. I am so glad that you are finally settled in your new home and out taking pictures! You asked about the bird in image 4. Just at a quick glance, it looks like a Lesser Goldfinch or at least in the Finch family (it is the beak). I would have to look in my "Birds of the Rocky Mountains" book by Chris C. Fisher to make sure. When I lived in Montana I purchased a lot of books about the Rocky Mountain wildlife. Now I have great reference books. Anyway, sorry I got carried away. Your album is wonderful and I hope to see more and more images of Colorada in the future. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Lynn, Bonanza/Oregon, USA

Good Morning Lynn. I love the new additions to this album, especially when you captured the does in mid-air. Of all the deer, Muley's are my favorite. We have them here in Oregon also. When living in Idaho we had White Tail and they just aren't as pretty to me. I look forward to visiting this ablum again. Thanks so much and enjoy your new home. Happy New Year. Wow, Lynn, sad to see you leave California. Somehow I thought we would meet and have an opportunity to find some beautiful wildflowers to photograph! :-( Well, if you can't be in California, Colorado is a place filled with beautiful photo ops, as you have already demonstrated. We will keep in touch through webshots, I am sure, although I have not had many chances to get out lately taking picures. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you make your life in your new home! Enjoy its beauty! Lynn

Oh well. :-( We will keep in touch through Webshots, though, although I have not had as many chances to get out to take pictures. And if you cannot live in California, Colorado has many opportunities for beautiful photo ops, as you have already demonstrated! Best wishes to you in your new home. Happy New Year! Lynn

Hi Lynn! WOW! My best wishes for your new life. I am amazed at how you have captured the lovely deer, the elegant geese in the snow and all the magnificent sceneries and sunsets. Looks like it's really going to be a wonderful life! As for Webshots problem, they come and go, but I do suggest you to take a look at the blog at http://blog.webshots.com . Webshots team really makes an effort to improve things. It doesn't always work... but it's still a step in the right way. Keep up the great work! Orly

Hello Lynn, Well it looks like you are finally settled in to your new surrounding and enjoying the outdoors. The eagles are just great. Here in the Klamath Falls Basin, we have over 800 birds that come here for the winter and to hatch out new babies, but so far I have not located were they go. Occasionally, here in my area (just 15 miles east of Klamath Falls) we have a couple that will sit out in the hay fields. Last summer we had a couple that were still here flying overhead of our property. Amazing birds! I also want to say, you sky images are awesome. I miss living in Montana because of the skies! It is amazing that Colorado, Montana, the Dakota's, Utah and that area get some awesome skies, wherein other parts of the country do not. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and say this album is taking shape really well. Have a great day and thanks for sharing. Lynn

Hi Lynn! Thanks for the guestbook message. Having so much work to do to get settled into your new home and job has to be overwhelming and I think about you a lot and hope you are doing well. I know you will miss the warmth and beauty of CA, but I also think that you will absolutely love the changes of seasons in CO and all the wonderful photo opportunities that you will find just like in this beautiful album. When I was growing in the flat farm areas of Illinois, I used to dream about getting to see a "real" mountain. It took us many years to get out there for a vacation and words can't describe how beautiful I think Colorado is. I'm looking forward to more beautiful Colorado albums from you when you have lots more time for photography. Speaking of vacations (oh were we?), would you please tell me what time of year you went to Hawaii and which island/islands did you visit? My email address is the same as it was before you moved from CA--hope you will get a chance to write me a message that way. Have a wonderful weekend and lots of hugs and love, Sharon

Ooh Lynn ! I LOVE butterfly shot # 69 ! The composition and the butterfly both. Of course all your neighborhood deer friends are all so sweet. Bambi did this to everyone our age didn't it ? LOL ! I know there are deer in the woods beside my house as I see their tracks in my yard & know they drink from my Pond, but I have yet - in 3 years - to actually SEE one. I'm so jealous. Love & Hugs, Pat

Hi Lynn, Beautiful album. I enjoyed your wildlife photos. Lately I've been seeing these eagles do normal bird things in a couple of albums I've visited. It just doesn't look natural, haha, or majestic of our national bird. But I love being able to get a glimpse of them in their natural environment. Wow, you have some beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well. Beautiful cloud cover & landscapes. Thank you for sharing your new backyard in Colorado. Ray

Oh. Lynn, your albums are wonderful. I love 7, 15, 27 & 60, all with Canada Geese in them, and then to find Cherry Creek - that gorgeous spot! Our son and family live in Aurora and we had our 5th-wheel at Cherry Creek for a couple of weeks several times. What a lovely spot for evening sailing and/or sunset photos ... and the wildlife too! Your Eagle shots from 80 on are FANTASTIC! What a joy that must have been. I'll leave you alone now, but I've thoroughly enjoyed my 'visit'. ... Keep 'shooting' ... Judy aka L@dybug/FL
