I really enjoyed this album; your photographs are terrific. My favorite was the rosehips in the snow. I have only ever been to England in the summer but have imagined it year round, as I love it there; thank you for the guided tour around it in all seasons. Allie, St. George, Ontario, Canada.

Hey Ken - on this hot and humid texas morn I wished to be somewhere cool and snowy and thought I'd pay you a visit again. I was drawn to this beautiful album because I sincerly miss living in a place with 4 real seasons. This 300 year old willow tree is a wonderful shot.Springtime in rural england so serene and Grape Hyacinth is my favorite. Thanks for keeping us supplied with such beautiful pictures. I also keep running across your album entries in the entire community and have to commend you on your style! You're open and honest, and very polite in your critizm and you take the time to care with your input, THANKS SO MUCH for that. Marita, Houston, Tx

Hi Ken! This is such a beautiful album and captures the spirit of each of the seasons, from snowy winter scenes, sunny summer scenes, flowers for spring and falling leaves for autumn. Love your colourful sunsets too. Well done and nice work with your frames too. Actually, I dropped in to say that I hope you will continue to write in the Blog -- it needs the "Two Kens" and your opinions have every right to be posted along with anyone else's. Best wishes.. Gladys, Western Australia.

Hello Ken, thank you so much for the congratulatory note on my feature "January 2006 Kananaskis Country Winter" photo album. Your four seasons photos are spectacular...and snow in UK is just something to experience:))) I just returned from Mexico, upon opening my computer, I found this very nice surprise, generously created for me by the webshots community for the second time. My apologies for the late thank you note. I hope that 2006 is going to be a very healthy and prosperous year and with many opportunities to take many great pictures. Greetings and happy New Year, Rafal

Greetings Ken, Wow this album is really wonderful. The old bare Willows are really something. Our Willows here do not look like that, after the leaves fall.I will have to get a shot of one to let you see. I have a Willow shot in one of my albums but it is in full leaf. Any way thank you for the Very Encouraging message in my Seasons album. You are a Dearheart!! God Bless. Marilyn :):)

Dear Ken, a long time ago I made a mental note to come visit this album and now...finally....it happened. Very charming! I enjoyed so much the journey through the seasons in UK and your and Carolynn 's photos at the end, both very good shots!!! I have some favourites:#4/13/15/24/26 is very special!/41/42/44/50.How are you, dear Friend? Yoshiyuki and I have been more absent than present on Webshots, for no special reason. It may be a bout of "super-addiction" and we needed a break. But photos are aplenty, just waiting to find their places in new albums. Hope you are both fine and in good health. Best regards from Gabriela

Morning Ken. Do I detect you have been experimenting with photoshop? Nice effects anyway. I do like this idea for an album. I have recently viewed Peter's in Australia which was very similar. It's like looking back through a pictorial diary. I must say that my favourites have to be, 'November Sunset' and 'December Sun'. Cracking shots, both of them. Been off school nearly a week and I'm still feeling poorly. Never mind. Hope you and Carolynn are both well. Take care. Jayne xx

Hi Carolynn and Ken! Thank you for your kind wishes at album's end (and we wish back all the best possible!) - this is such a nice panorama through the seasons - a kind of remedy for those who feel bad on a frosty or rainy day: the prescription is "sit quietly in front of your screen and look through this album - soon you will feel good humor coming back!" - Cordially yours: Kaethi and Henri

Hi Ken! I really enjoyed your four seasons of 2005. We lived in Florida for a few years (back when we were young) and one of the things that we missed about the Midwest here in the US was the changing of the seasons. So Bob got his job transferred back up here to Missouri and that's where we have stayed for 35 years now. :-) Anyway, back to your beautiful album; I enjoyed it all so much. Thanks for sharing your photos. Sharon from Missouri

Hi Ken, thanks so much for your GB entry AND your warm invitation! How I hope to get to England before I'm unable to navigate your gorgeous country! To have a tour of some non-touristy spots would be wonderful! I'm glad you like my 'Sunsets' album; I can never get enough of them!!! On the way to the airport Saturday, I pointed out the first light at the horizon and Olya said, "You see everything as if you were a camera, don't you!" Suprising observation ... (grin) It's 54F and a bit gray this morning, a touch of Old England, I'd say! ... Florida hugs to you and Carolynn, Judy

This Ken my dear friend is one great album!!! Enjoyed each of these stunning photos, and the last two photos made me smile as big as your charming smiles. :0) You covered the seasons well, and do hope this album makes a feature. Thank you for visiting my new site, I know what you mean about visitors. This time of year is not the greatest time either for adding albums since we have so many grey days through winter. But once spring starts...another story I am sure will be in the making. We had visitors to our pond recently, and we think it was Fred and Ethel, but it was brief which is how they approach the pond every year. Febuary is the normal time for their return...We will see. Take care, Laura

Hi Ken, I love your "Four Seasons of 2005" album and you might already guess that you sunsets really touch me. Is that your car covered with ice in #49? I'm happy to see you and Carolynn in the snow, but I think you need to be together! Let me see if I can't do something about that!!! Smiles from Florida, Judy ... PS: Glad you liked Olya and my furry friends; thanks for your comments - always.

Hey there buddy! Yes, I was sneaky and added a couple new albums-well new-ish. I am sure you enjoyed your holidays with your lovely wife. Great shots of the two of you in the snow by the way! Loved the Dec.photo of the rose hips, Nov.sunset and Stormy March in particular. Who says that you don't dabble in the artsy fartsy section as well when it comes to your amazing shots! Doth thou protest too much? THanks for checking in on me, very appreciated as I missed my bug hugs! Haven't felt in the creating mood of late -writing or photography- hope it won't last too long. Anyway, many thanks as always for visiting and love your comments, always assured that you will put a smile on my lonesome face!Tah rah for now my swampy friend, amy

Hi Ken, Your album makes me wish it was spring. I enjoyed seeing the seasons change. Also, I am glad you mentioned the reason for the strange prunning job on the willow trees. I was wondering why all the trees looked like that. England looks like a wonderful place to live. Beatuiful album! Happy 2006 to you and Carolyn! Cynthia

Hi Yours Truly Neat album & neat idea.I was thinking of one kind of like this but you did it first so "more power to ya" My all time favorite is The sea view in North Devon.Having spent time in Devon years ago.I fell in love with it's unique beauty. It hasn't changed .....in that way anyway. You & Carolynn look so happy there at the end. You look like the typical Englishman! Wonder how come? Anyway... you both give that great country a good name! Hoping you both will enjoy a super 2006. Hugs..Friend....Kathryn
