Hi Stan. I am the first one, after all (big smile). It may be good morning for you but it is good night for me... and I'm going right to bed as I finish this note. I'm getting really vitiated in Webshots, but there so much pretty things here. I adored this album. It is beautiful and also intriguing. That light in the rocks, it's so beautiful. Never saw such thing. I loved photo "Moon Over Half Dome". I adored the snow in the photos where it seems spread cheese and in those where it seems cotton. That one where the snow turned blue quite beautiful too. But the stars of the show, in my modest opinion, are photos "It was about the light and dark" and to number 43 "Ice". And what happened you that wonderful big moon you had here before? It was great! You it found that it untuned in the album? well... I only see beds ahead... Congratulations for another beautiful album and... would you do me a favor? I liked you to see the last photo in my album of Província de Matanzas - Varadero. Hi Stan. I was so tired last night that I think I didn't duly appreciate your album. So, I decided to revisit it now. It is, really, a beautiful album. And now, with fresh eyes, I even understand that phenomena of the light through the rocks in Sunset Through Horsetail Fall. So that's Horsetail Fall... It really thrilled me, last night. I love the snow in all the photos, it looks so soft. In some of them, it has, almost imperceptible, nuances of lilac. And those snow tatters in the rocks... It's really charming. And numbers 21, "Gateway-Yosemite" and 37, "Yosemite" are fabulous. But my favourite, still remains "Ice" and "It Was About The Light And Dark", this last one, especially. Those suspended flakes in the air and the shade underneath... WOW... that's GREAT! I believe it's been a very well spent day. Congratulations, once again, and take care. Rosa

Hello Stan. Came back to see what you have done since my last visit. This time, I have taken the opportunity to download my favorites: 2, 9, 13, 16, 49, 58 & 59! All are excellent, but these are outstanding in my opinion! I think in the future, I will have to make a trip to Yosemite in the winter months. I live in an area where I have snow and usually don't travel to be in it, if you know what I mean. I don't play well when I am cold and wet. lol Thank you again for this exquisite album. Hi Stan. You know, one of these days I remembered that fabulous photo with the snow flakes suspending in the air, and I went to see it and put it in my favorite photos. It's really remarkable. I'm glad you and your lovely family have enjoyed the changes I made in Havana album. I really had to do it because it was very Impersonal. I had such strong feelings in Havana, I had to transmit it all. And I swear I had never been there before (smiling but serious!). I have been in great troubles because english language is very tricky and, I believe now it is not bad, I hope... but those who have visited the album in the first days, they certainly have laughed a lot at my cost. My english is very rusty. But I have almost all the albums translated and I even feel that my english is getting better :) Today I have no time to write one of my long wills. I'm going to Salamanca for the weekend and I have to prepare things. I believe it will snow there on Saturday and Sunday, so, wish me luck, so I can take some good shots. Me again Stan. This time I came back to read the captions that were not here in the other times I visited the album. It really makes all the difference! It was already a outstanding album but now, with these beautiful, wonderful, relaxing, marvelled and detailed comments (I could go on finding adjectives and all of them perfectly fair), we can follow your journey, almost step by step, which is much pleasant. In my comment to your IT WAS ABOUT THE LIGHT AND DARK photo in my favorite photos I had written: "I still don't understand how he did it...". Well, now I understand a little more:) but I still find it one of the most beautiful and brilliant photos I have ever seen, and for me, those snow flakes are still floating in the air. And how I envy you! The enormous amount of snow, in photo number 12, makes my poor snow really insignificant! Sooooooo humiliating... (smiling). Thanks for the kind comments about my featured album. Fort Jackson is near Columbia. I don't get down that way too often. It is way too flat and no waterfalls. All of the places in my photos are way out of the way if you a driving from DC. I know there are some good spots along I-81 near the Shanendoah Valley of Virginia and I-77 in Virginia and Northern, NC, but I am not very familiar with those areas. While you are in Columbia check out the Congaree Swamp! If you want to drive 2-3 hours one way from Columbia, I can suggest some other good places!

Hi Stan, Thanks for your comments on nttl2k1 "Best shots" album. The idea to produce this kind of album came to me a few years ago while seeking to make webshots more interactive and to attract people to visit my albums. I had noted that several people who have writing to me mentioned the images they liked. The second step consists in compiling the photographs chosen by webshots users in a file until I have some sufficiently to do a complete update. Since the creation of nttl2k1 and nttl2k2 "best shots albums", I make approximately three or four update per year. That requires a lot of follow up but it's stimulative to note the preference of people and influences me for my future photo sessions, by the way you're invited to be part of the next update and choose your favorites in any album of your choice! Great album. I'm from an island in the Caribbean, so it really amazes me the shear beauty and size of Yosemite. Those snowy landscape are not usually seen around here. The closest are white sand beaches, that another kind of beauty. I really enjoyed the views. Thanks!

What wonderful pictures of a beautiful place. I've never been to Yosemite but it's one of my favorite national parks in the world, and I always love to view photos of that place. Thanks for showing the park in your own perspective, which is really good.
