Thanks for your kind words, Eva. I'm trying to add early peonies to my collection - which numbers over 500 peonies, now! And there are other plants mixed inbetween for balance. If you ever come to the U.S. east coast you are welcome to come and visit. I have retired now and live in Maine year-round near the garden. I have a new tree peony this year that has just bloomed: Shimaneshiki. I hope to put up its picture as soon as the rain stops and the flower opens wide. It is bright red and white - peppermint-style. We have had rain practically every day for over three weeks, with just hours of clearing during the day sometimes.

Hi Eva, Photos from a walk, November 10:th 2002 is very particular I see and feel the cold. Nice the horse shots. You wrote me -YOU should go to Northern part of Sweden - unfortunately I can't do that anymore, 4 years agou I had a brainstroke and now I have my right bodyside not ok. to move as bevor.
