A FANTASTIC show my friend! You know how I like nature and wilderness and, for sure, this album is a song about them! In my life I never had the possibility to look at so big number of birds in nature and I must admit that now I can only imagine the beauty of a similar show.... Thanks to show me it and Compliments for your photos, for the patience that probably you need to take them (for sure they are not quiet subjects), for your detailled explanations and for the map that you put in the album. As usual a album created with passion and love! My APPLAUSE and my BIG ABBRACCIO! Ruggero PS: the photos where there are cranes who fly over the lake are a true beauty!

An amazing journey with the cranes. I have never been to that part of the country, and had no idea that there are cranes there. Very gracious creatures indeed, and you have captured the essence of their grace. Thank you for such an outstading and an educational album. Kind Regards. Majed.

Hi Orly, This is a most beautiful album. I visited the place myself at evening time, but I saw the birds from the visiting place much further away from the birds, and my pictures are not good as the pictures you catured in this album. It is a most amazing sight indeed, and you managed to cature it wonderfully, and explain the views in a very interesting way. Tirza

Hello Orly, what an enjoyable and informative album. You have definitely gone eco with this!! Love the way you have captured the migration of the cranes to the Agmon lake. Yes, we often underestimate the travel these birds or some fish undertake to preserve their species. Recently, I saw a film called "The March of the Penguins" Remarkable film! But coming back to your pictures, I learned a lot. I am so happy that they decided to restore, at least partially, the original waterbody. The pictures are fabulous, as always. So are the captions. Really impressive, Orly! Best wishes, Suresh

Hi Orly, My compliments for this instructive album of the cranes in the Hula Valley. The photos are great and the added comments are very interesting. How close could you approach the cranes by the way and did you use a big telelens? All the best, Tjebbe

Hi Orly, you are right, haven't been on Webshots for a while :-( And now I see I missed three new albums of yours. This album of cranes is a truly wonderful album, great shots of the beautiful birds. I wish I would get an opportunity like that, being a bird lover and all. Venice is also a great album, with lovely compositions of colourful scenes, amazing photography. The Lake Como album was also a joy to browse, what wonderful moody scenes you captured there, with all those lovely mountains and low clouds. Shows what I already knew, you can cope with any subject very well. Take care, Mark (PS: hoping to make an album in Spring, but I'm sooooo busy lately so don't hold your breath :-)

Hi Orly. Thanks for visiting my albums and your kind words on my paintings. There are many nicer paintings on display here on webshots but I so enjoy the painting them. You're welcome for my post in the blog, I figured you'd already found out all you wanted to know about St Patricks Day but thought I write something anyway :-) I agree with you that sometimes webshots forgets there are so many different cultures and beliefs. Now, on to this album. It is fantastic! I just love the crane in the water, wonderful job. Don

Hi Orly, thanks for your encouraging comment in the guestbook of my anemones. At the day you published this album we were told that Lake Agmon will be the target of our next annual work outing by the end of the month. After looking at your album I am more than happy to go on that excursion. What a wonderful place. Your presentation is fabulous! Pic #3 with the reflection of the Hermon in the lake is fantastic! And so is # 14! Of course I had my laugh at # 15: meanwhile in the lake! The whole coypu affaire is nice. How did you make him to get out of the water and pose for you in pic #31??? The pelican pictures are very nice too, and I like how you finished the album! Have a nice weekend and a very nice Purim! Galit

Hi Orly, I'm glad that you liked my new Rocks album. I have to admit that your albums encouraged me to be more informative... and that's another good thing in being part of a community. I hope that you're preparing a new Purim album for all of us. I think there should be many activities in your city. Wishing you a happy Purim, Yair.

I had no idea that cranes were so large. They would be about the same size as our Emus, give or take a bit. But whereas your cranes will travel thousands of miles our emus consider they've done well if they manage to strut from one side of a fairway (of our golf course) to the other. Great album Orly that I have found supremely satisfying and VERY enjoyable. Cheers now, Peter

Thanks Orly for your second GB entry yesterday. I had no idea I would be getting so many guest books or Blog comments to answer - almost as many as for my last feature in December. I have forwarded your album to my friend Arthur in New York. He doesn't have Webshots so won't be replying to your guest book but I'll let you know his reaction, although I can tell you now what it will be! Thanks again for all your support and encouragement. Hi Orly, thank you for you very nice mails. Oh yes, I know you know how it feels, but believe me this time it was just overwhelming! I am so happy I could release the flower album. It all fit somehow together. I never create so large albums, but this time even that fits. I am happy you liked it. It is more a natural garden. The keeper of the garden includes the wildflowers in the garden. She lets it grow, but it does not feel wild, but balanced. I found some more trees there :-) Wonderful times are coming for me!!:-)! We have been on our trip to lake Agmon, but did not see cranes at all. There was one pelican posing for us, that's all. But I have very nice pictures of the surroundings. I even have a nice shot of the whole lake Agmon seen from Manara in 800 meter height. We didn't make it to meet this month, but maybe our albums could meet. If you like I can give you my pictures of the surroundings if you want to include some in your album. Without birds there is no album for me to create. I loaded them up to a non public album. http://community.webshots.com/album/549128555tZRvMQ You can take whatever you like. Today 3.4. I'll go to Haifa, to Rambam for a demonstation of special proceedures. have a wonderful day too! Galit
