Hi Yair, I had a look at your spring pictures and it looks great. i love the flowers. unfortunately we dont hav spring in our country. the only time i saw spring, i took a lot of pictures of many beautiful flowers. unfortunately they were kept in my hard disc and the Asian Tsunami took it away from me. it was a great loss but i am more determined to replace those with new ones. thank you for sharing your photos with us. keep up the good work. G'day Yair and thank you for such a colourful reminder of just how inspirational spring is in the garden. After having spent a number of years in the tropics, I've just moved south where there are 4 seasons again. The colour and joy in your photos reminds me to get those bulbs in now (our Autumn). Have a wonderfully photo-filled weekend - and I look forward to catching up again soon. Lorraine

Thanks Yair - you are quite right - I'd kind of forgotten about about the direct link! Not sure therefore about whether or not those 'alternative' photos should be viewed from the homepage if there is a certain image that webshots is trying to present as a photography website...interesting thought! I'm guessing that's what you were trying to say? I still really like those different photos and I think there is a place for them somewhere as they are still artworks in my personal view. Have a great weekend too and I hope I didn't offend :) Take care, Kate

Dear Yair! Thank you for visiting my site and nice words. I opened your new album of spring beauty. Hardly believable, by Europe now under the snow. But the spring warm just feeling the air. So it is very pleasant to see part of spring warmth from Israel her in Slovenia. I created a new compilation from my old photos about Tallinn in Estonia, where I was living about 24 years. Some photos was sent from my best friend Inga. They placed separately. To enjoy some fragments of cozy medieval town you can visit http://community.webshots.com/user/Agnita2006 I put Agnita because it is the name of my friend INGA if you read it in opposite direction. Hi Yair! I'm so glad you liked my new album featuring the zoo animals. Their story of survival is incredible. Check out the TV show, on Animal Planet. We had a great time visiting with them. We live just about an hour from the zoo, so we'll be making more trips back down when the weather's a bit warmer. Keep an eye out for more pictures! By the way, these flowers are beautiful, I enjoyed the album. Best wishes back to you from the gorgeous Gulf coast of Alabama, USA. Cheryl

Hi Yair! A beautiful collection, and impressive knowledge of flower names. I've been lazy this year, and now I see that there are already poppies! I guess spring is going to be very short. My favorites are the lupines, the Judas tree and the bee in the Rock Rose. You might want to put this album at the top of the page. Cheers, Orly

Hello Yar, Spring is a good thing. were the flowers in your photos basically growing wild. many of them look like it. Wild growing flowers are my favorites. I think of them as treasures in the wild and I love to find them growing in the fields and woods. It doesn't even matter if I can find them in the neighbors garden next door haha. Beautiful sping photos and the varieties and colorsare wonderful. Spring isn't far away for us either, Yay. Even though I love winter too. Thank you for sharing your album. Best wishes, Ray

Hi Yair, lovely anemones and all the little flowers one would miss if you had not shown them with your magic touch. I am grateful for all the latin names you teach us. Your album is so beautiful and I am envious amidst the snow here up north. Still snowing today. When we finally get anemones they are nemorosa and ranunculoides, in May that is.. Greetings, Merike

Lovely flowers Yair. Some grow here in Australia where we are going into autumn and unlike you Northerners I can't wait until the days and nights cool down to a more comfortable temperature. My son lives in London and he tells me how cold he has been.

Yair, today I saw first flowers in my garden and I'm very happy. We took a trip to the mountains today, but it's still winter there. I took some pictures, please feel free to take a look. Can't wait to photograph flowers and trees in full colors. I'm glad to find your new flowers. Beautiful! Regards, Roza

Hi Yair, at last some Israeli spring on your site! I really love you took all those small and often ignored flowers to this place of honor at Webshots. There are lots of flowers called weed and when you look as close as you did, they are real beauties. Thanks for not overlooking them. Of course I like the others too, your beautiful Irises, Anemones, Rock Roses and the lovely Cyclamen - which is my absolute favorite between the spring flowers. Have a wonderful day! Galit

Hi Yair! Thanks so much for the invite - these are gorgeous photos! I love wildflowers as we do not really get any here :) In particular, I love the rock rose as my Mum has it in her garden and I had no idea it came from Israel! Also love the cyclamens, irises and the anemones - so colourful and vibrant! Is funny that a week or go I was thinking how nice it was here with all the hot weather and sunshine, now autumn is definately approaching and it's getting very cold - at least I can enjoy your photos of warmer weather!! Best wishes, Kate

Hi Yair. I'm glad that visiting my Corcovado album has bring to you so nice memories. In this cold I really need a Spring gust to console me. So, seeing this beautiful flowers is quite entertainer. I'm glad you didn't framed it, it seems to be the great fashion in webshots nowadays and making great sucess... I must be old and too much sensitive... i loved your flowers, most of all the anemones, the irises, the poppies(always) and that daisy being eaten. And white mustard first photo. And that nodding wood-sorrel is quite pure... Photo 29 is very beautiful too. But that wild radish, the cretan rock roses and the holy thistles took me from seriousness too. Resuming and concluding, I loved it, I loved it, I loved it! How I envy you for having a camera that allows you to take such beautiful photos, but one of these days I will get one of these too. just you wait... Congratulations on another good job and take care. Rosa

Hello Yair - I can't tell you how thrilled I am at being the first one to add an entry to your GB. Your photographic skills really do so much justice to our natural surroundings. It is very interesting to see how the flora in the various parts of the world differs in way of those that grow wild, etc. The wildflowers shown in your album are spectacular - you certainly do keep yourself and your camera extremely busy - which in turn has so many of us doing the same and being thoroughly spoilt with the pleasures produced by you. Many thanks for sharing. Best wishes, Sue.
