Lovely album! Dearest Marita, thank you honey for your prayers! Love had a bad episode today, and it breaks my heart to see her suffer one of those. I looked up Feline Hyperesthesia on the net and the things people have tried to help their pets, which had me crying for two days, because I thought I was going to have to have Love put to sleep, but then she started getting better, so it really upset me when she had a bad episode today. My vet explained it to me like this: she said that if you took your hand and hit real hard in a sensitive place on your body, that pain is what Love feels when she has one of her episodes (it hurts even if I touch her, because of the sensitivity). Would appreciate your continued prayers, for I know that prayer has helped already! Lots of love & hugs, June

Hi Marita, you are absolutely right, what can be better than to start or finish the day with a look at the rising/setting sun. Your pictures are so beautiful. Everyone at least should be a potd!! You have been at a lot of places. One of those sunsets reminds me the sunsets in Tel-Aviv, and that 'Golden-Gate sunset is as beautiful as the glowing lady liberty or Singapore - it is always the same moment, when in the silence suddenly he birds begin to sing. Hi Marita, While looking at your sunset pictures I was reminded of the time, long, long ago when my parents (both keen amateur photographers) staged slideshows of our travels. Inevitably someone in the audience would draw a deep breath, inhale and go aagh! whenever a sunset picture appeared. It became a family joke to talk about a “aagh!” picture. So, all I can say about this album is “AAGH!” Personally I lost my wanderlust one morning while watching Table Mountain (behind Cape Town) slowly getting bigger on the horizon from deck of a passenger liner. Eight months traveling around Europe an I was home. However, Webshots is slowly rekindling my curiosity about what it looks like beyond my backyard. So you can expect pictures from other neighboring towns soon. (Check my FAVORITES) Faul, from Stellenbosch where the grass is greener on this side of the fence.

Well, my friend, indeed SOME photos!!! Very beautiful composition and also most of them have good angles of shooting. I started making a list of "most favourites"...but it got too long! There is only one thing I would permit myself as advice: the photos are so beautiful that it is almost a sin to reduce their quality by not straightening the horizon!Almost all photos lean to the right or to the left, something that can be repaired by even the most simple software.I hope I did not upset you. The Red Temple is the Tsurugaoka Hachiman at Kamakura, which is a splendid location for a great number of temples, a kind of "Kyoto of the Kanto area".And my favourite place to go, as I love these places of art and quiteness. Beautiful work and what fun you must have had travelling the world - all the better that you have been able to keep the memories alive thanks to your camera. I was really chuffed to see photos of Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Port Maquarie etc as these are all places we visited and worked in during the 1980's. WOW Marita! At first photo we get immediately knocked out! After the first impact, open mouth, and I don't know how many exclamations of admiration, (one of our Webshots's friends would say : lots of ohhhhs and ahhhhs), I laid my chin on my hand and was here, looking at it, I don't know exactly for how long ...My female cat, Chorão, that was sleeping over my computer began responding to my exclamations with surprised miauuuuuuus! What an happy moment! God has put that beautiful boat right there for you to take maximum profit of that lovely sunset! My favorite certainly is number 1, but the all album is soooooo great! Such beautiful pictures! You really know when to put your camera working. Don't tell me that you only point and shoot. This is wonderful work, really good stuff. Photo number 28 is so beautiful... I downloaded several photos. One of these days my PC will certainly refuse to work. And how have you obtained that Hawaiian Hula Sunset? Taht Singapure dusk I knew already:) Photo 42 is outstanding! I'm trying not to detach more photos because it is so unfair for the others which are also so good... but sometimes I don't resist.
