  • Hi Peter, I missed that album when it came out. What a shame. That album is a beauty. Your mix of wonderful pictures and interesting information is outstanding. Thanks for the tour. Thank you for the nice entries in my guestbook and as always sorry for being late and sorry for not stopping by more often. Greetings and hugs from Mexico for Betty and you. Heidi

  • Hi Peter. Yet another fantastic album. You certainly have proved that it takes an awful lot to beat what trees have to offer - just as it does talent to produce the perfect image of what trees and nature in general have to offer. Thanks for a superb slideshow. Hugs, Sue

  • Hi Peter, I enjoyed this album very much too. I see you climbed up a tree this time. A fantstic thing to do, but I don't know if I could do it. I'm not good with heights. Did you go to the top? The train trip looked good. I like all the informative captions you have written. A very interesting album. Take care, Pam x

  • Hi again Peter, I think this album is even better than the other one! All those big trees & some old engine relics as well, I am in heaven! I think the tree in 81 is the one shown in the book I have on remarkable trees of the world. Incidentally, we were in London last week & I got a shot of the "Wollemi pine" they just planted at Kew, completely surrounded by an iron cage for security! Eric

  • Dear Peter, Wow this is great Peter and thank you for the lesson as we went along too. I always enjoy learning about your fantastic trees. Like Rod says the scale of them means something when you are standing inside one LOL. Your B&B look great espscially when we saw breakfast I know you love your fruit so it must have been perfect. How far did you get up that tree then ? ;o) Take care now. Love and hugs Jill

  • Hi Peter, don't know how I missed this fine album my friend,I think the new friends list that is on at the moment is a bit out of touch with what is really happening at the moment, wish they'd left that well alone. What a wonderful way to travel through this dense forest of giant trees and their size can be best appreciated in the photo of you and Betty standing in the hollow trunk of one near the end of the album.I also enjoyed the images of the logging history and old steam locomotives from the past, another beauty my friend and a pleasure to view,Regards,Rod.

  • Hi Peter and Betty, My, looks like you had an adventure here in the forest, all those huge trees. Some of them look quite scary don't they, although they are magnificent specimens. Flat on you back taking pics made the trees look absolutely huge, and they were big to start with. Marvelous album showing Aussie nature at it's best. Thanks for sharing, Love and many hugs Chris and Jay
