Nice album you have of the Morikami Museum. I remember my first visit to the museum and grounds in 1983, when I lived in South Florida. The area was still undeveloped, and the museum was then still surrounded by pine woods and farmland. I visited the museum several times since then, the last being on one of my Florida visits several years ago. I watched the area become developed, and seen the museum grounds become surrounded by housing subdivisions and condo complexes. I'm happy that the museum grounds have been preserved in its natural state, and it is now an oasis in the urban sprawl that now surrounds it. Steven, Ft. Worth, Texas

Hi Eti. I'm so sorry it took me so long to get to this album. I've been sick and can't sit at the computer for a long time. What a wonderful album! Your photos are so great. I love the Bonzai shots. They all are so super, and you really have a good eye for the right shot. Sharon

Hi Eti, I looked down your list of albums & chose to view this one before your featured album. I do enjoy the "Japanese experience" in gardening that you have captured here & full of detail in your captions as well. Eric

I must say I am so impressed and so deeply touched by the beauty of your album!!! It is shot with a quiet tonality fit for a Japanese garden, with such sensitivity that comes through to the viewer and with knowledge, your captions being a delight and very informational, as well. I feel like you have made me a present! Thank you! Best regards from Japan, Gabriela

Hi Eti, when looking at these beautiful pictures I wondered if you have been to Japan sometime, but then I studied your instructive captions and I learned from them that this wonderful place was in Florida! A great experience to me, thank you, Eti, for sharing! Warm wishes from Vienna (Austria), Vera

Hi Eti, Thank for the invite to see these beautiful gardens. I was happy to see that you were still taking pictures and sharing them with us. This looks to be a lovely garden and I enjoyed my visit, your captions made it even better. Loved the bonsai trees. Cynthia

Hello Eti, A very nice album and an area that seems to pass with time. Your last photo, with an ageless saying: Be careful..."Every minute, reminding yourself: One moment’s carelessness may cause a thousand-mile difference" makes so much sense, do appreciate you taking the time off to show us this area of beauty. Best regards to you and yours. Ron/Oregon Coast

Hello Eti! As hurricane Wilma may have brought unhappiness or chaos to some of our friends, through all these peaceful photos in tranquilness, I'm in deep thoughts ... after all, after all the hard times, we all enjoy and treasure all the quiet and peaceful times! Thank you for the harmony! Thank you for the peace! Warm wishes from CS!

Hello Eti, thanks for the invitation to walk where the hearts of many are captivated from the beauty! Not only is this a park, it is a great garden seen through your eyes, and you make us realize the importance of details all around us that complete the Whole Picture. I truly enjoyed the stroll, through that greenery, especially for those of us still surrounded by the snow! An album worthy of a Feature! ***Angele***Ontario, Canada!

"Qui veut faire de grandes choses doit penser profondément au détail" Not my words: this is a P. Valéry's sentence, that I thought of, browsing through your beautiful album. Japanese art, and gardening, are so balanced, so rich of harmony, and often get this through special attention to details. And so is your album: I love your personality: you have the rare ability to catch the spirit of an ambience, and lead us to it through details. Thank you! Ale :-) from Italy

Hi Eti. What's this? Me first? Everyone else must be still asleep! Thank you so much for sending this album over - it's an absolute ripper with some gorgeous photos accompanied by captions and, where appropriate, by detailed explanations. These are the things that, to my mind, separate the great album from the merely good one. Certainly the cover photo is a real attention grabber and just MAKES one want to investigate the rest. There is a nice Japanese Garden in New South Wales at a place called Cowra - I'll ask Keith (magikeith) to maybe try and get out there and take some photos for us. Great work and it's good to see you back in action with that camera once more. Hugs, Peter
