Hi Yair. Great pictures of the murals. Some of the downtown buildings here have murals painted on them. They also hired somebody to paint murals on the sides of the city transit busus. Looks much better than the advertisements that used to adorn them! Was greatly impressed with your pictures of the murals in Isreal. We have a lot of outdoor art here in New Mexico, including "wall art" (murals), sculpture, tiled objects, and other odds and ends made from just about anything. Ed and I just went to the Museum of Art and Culture and posted an album this week. You can find it on webshots under EdandHelen. Also thanks for your kind words about my album "Road to Yellowstone" It was a fun trip and I enjoyed taking the pictures. Hi Yair, another street mural album. I love it! Especially the work of Rami Meiri. Although Nrs. 16-22 of Doron Viner are also great. Love to see the whole building or buildings on which it is painted! I think it is a great way of decorating dull or ugly buildings, it really revives the city. Hi Yair. Bees's photos with this camera I have now is quite unthinkable. I don't even have a zoom! I seriously thinking of buying a new one... and then, I'll try. But I doubt I approach at 10cm:) I know that bees normally don't attack, unless they are disturbed. But I already got stung twice. It was not their fault but it wasn't mine either! It's much creative and of a great aesthetic beauty. I loved Marylin's portrait and all these figures, which bring to me so nice memories of my childhood and adolescence. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderela, Peter Pan, just ravishing! I still love Bugs Bunny and all the other cartoon guys, and I don't lose a good animation filme. Many between those murals make it very difficult to decide which part is picture and which not! I for sure would have hit my head in some of them thinking there is really a door . . . .! Hi Yair, This is again a great idea. On my 2004 trip to Israel I watched an artist at work on a mural. I took a picture of him too. I also love mosaics on the walls in Israel - one of my favorites is in Tzvat. Best, Roza

Hi Yair, I love the art work around your city. I think the murals can really change the atmosphere of a community. It would be nice if we could do some of this in our city.
