Hi Roza! Central Park is such a miracle in the middle of the stone desert, and especially in spring. I am jealous, you have Magnolia's in full bloom already, we will have to wait another two weeks for that as the weather is turning wintery again over here. Enjoyed your tour of this wonderful park, although I was disappointed by the lack of dog-walkers because I believe there is a special area fenced off especially so that dogs can exercise and run free. Roza. Good Morning. You asked about the process for the "Photo of the Day." This is what I wrote in my guestbook for folks that wanted to learn. ~~ So many of you have asked what the secret is to creating these images. It is really simple, just time consuming. If you have Adobe Photoshop or a program that work somewhat the same, you select an image. Make a second layer on the top of that image of the same image. The top layer you "desaturate" or make black and white. Here is the secret: YOU ERASE the top layer to allow the bottom (colored) layer to show through. Oops! The secret is now out. Then you fuse the two together or "flatten image." Now you all can create the same types of images. I thank all of you for asking about the process. Lynn

Dear Roza an Allen. I was looking for a new spring album of yours and I found this great one. I wish you come back to W S . With all w s falt, it is in my point of view the best place for albums. W S became lately an very automatic and technical place. Most of the choicen albums and photos are not the editor choice - but an computer choice. But at Futki I felt neglected and very lonely despite the fact that the photos results there are cmuch beter than in W S . Thank you my friend for your wonderful warm comments at my albums. lately I shot more in Israel As I can't travel till June by Doctor order and the fact that I can't get insurance policy for 6 months after being at the hospital. Next time you come to Israel - You will be my gest at my home. I wish you A wonderful weekend . Hugs - RAN
