Hi Darlene, What a fascinating place that I've never heard of before and you and your special eye found all sorts of things of interest and the added effects are neat too. I went to the Otesaga in Cooperstown today on a senior bus trip. That town has a treasure trove of photo possibilities for a much cooler day than today's HOT and Humid 92 degrees. And yes, would love to get together with you and Claudia soon. Will email you further. Donna

Hey Darlene, oh how I'd love to have a meal at this place! What an awesome restaurant this is. You made it look so appetizing, too. The still life, I love. The chicken marsalla I can taste on the tip of my tongue (one of my favourite dishes anyway)! Thanks for the invite, who's getting the check????!!Ok. my treat, that's the least I can do! Take care, Marita

Hi Darlene! What a wonderful castle and a beautiful set of photos! Would certainly be a heavenly place for a restaurant - you and Claudia must have had a wonderfful time :) I will have to now go check out Claudia's album as I hadn't realised you both went there. Really impressed by your beautiful b&W photos with the touches of colour - absolutely gorgeous! I especially love the fireplace warming up the cold room :) Thanks also for your comments in my guestbook - hope you are going well too! Hugs, Kate

Hi Darlene, when I looked at this album, this casle looked familiar to me and it took me a while that I already visited an album with pictures taken there. After searching a little bit more, I recalled that it was in Claudia's album. Now that I reaize that you were there together, it was even more interesting to see your perspectives of the same place in the same time. I must say that I liked both albums very much. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us. Thanks also for your very kind words in my new album of Plitvice lakes. I'm glad you liked it. Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Yair.

Hi Darlene. I had to do a double take on this album. A castle in America..... What a novel idea for a restaurant and a fab setting. Loved your shots, #28, 29 & 30. Great work Darlene. I've called also to say thank you for calling the day of my Easter feature. I was so happy to hear from you. I left for North Yorkshire that very same morning, so sadly missed out on all the excitement of receiving the g/b entries. Returned home though to a staggering response. My most popular feature to date. Sending out my replies and editing my holiday pics is going to keep me busy for quite a while. Take care. Luv n'hugs, Jayne xx

What an awesome album Darlene. You captured it magnificently. It reminded me of a German restaurant we went to while in California - The Tyrolean which is in Ben Lomin (I think I spelled it right). They made each dinner from scratch and it was well worth the wait upon receiving ones dinner. They had a large closed in porch dining that had a huge redwood tree going right through. Just fantastic. Hope I can get to New York sometime in order to dine at Beardslee Castle as it is very inviting. Hugs, Janet

Wonderful album! I visited Beardslee Castle lately (virtually) by visiting Claudia's visit there. How nice that the two of you got to go together. Your albums are somewhat the same but also very different, very enjoyable to view both of them. I love your cobalt and yellow photos, the princess and also one red rose. You did a terrific job of taking us with you on this visit. Thanks for sharing. Warmest Wishes, Candy

Ciao Dearest Darlene, This album is one of my favourite haunts that I love to visit, when time permits me. your Images bring out so much of Beardslee Castle's Intriuging & Beautiful Gothic Personality to The Veiwer, such as myself.. In all Honesty Darlene I can,t single out a favourite image in this Album, & Lord knows I have tried:-)... but it doesn,t work as This is more Like a visual Fairy Tale Book.. I have downloaded onto my moniter & Play as a slide-show with Classical Music or Phantom of The Opera Selections.. It's a really cool way to step into your images & bring them to life in different story forms depending on my mood & When I had My Friends Little 7yr old Daughter Jada visit me, I put on the soundtrack to beauty & the beast & add a few fairie tale artwork images I made for her & Jada just loves it, so do I entertaining her. So many Warm Heartfelt Thanks Dear Darlene for creating this Enchanting & Magical Album ... Have a Most Blessed & Prosperous Easter Full Of Gods Overflowing Love & Joy, With much Fondess in Friendship, Everfaithfully Bella.

Hi Dar, well you like Castles and now you have dined in one, it looks a very nice place to celebrate birthdays, the only pity was I could not be with you both for the occasion, my spirit was all the same, they have made a good job of reburbishing it after the fire, you must see if you can have a meal free for advertising it here on Webshots lol, take care my friend, and God bless Hugs, Ken #####
