  • Hello, Bob, what wonderful captures you have of these little fellas. I was surprised to see an album of them. I don't have as much luck or skill in capturing photos of mine. I also have three little ones, whose mom disappeared so I have been feeding them. What is in the blue bowl. I give mine dog food, corn on teh cob, bread and they love marshmallows. I am wondering if they hibernate in winter. They have taken over our old parked RV but they are gone most of the day now. These little guys have very sharp claws I have unfortunately discovered. I love the photo of the one hanging from the feeder. We have one from another litter that steals the bird seed from our feeders as well. The trio haven't discovered the feeder yet. Love this album. I also have a couple of short videos on my site. Come visit.

  • Hi Bob: thanks to Kathy (Toth), we got aware of this beautiful album (and the hint to RASCAL). How much we would like to be young again and have Racoons in our garden (maybe not really recommended...?), or at least nearby, and read this outstanding book! Thank you for this fine presentation! With best wishes from SW France: Kaethi and Henri

  • Hi Bob! Kathy suggested that I have a look at this album. I'm glad she did because these racoons are so cute. I live on the opposite side of Australia to Peter, just below me here, and wedon't have them either. The photos are terrific and I thank you for sharing them. Best wishes from down under. Al.

  • Bob - hello there. Where I live these animals are unknown and that is one of the reasons why I have enjoyed looking through this album so much. They certainly look very appealing creatures - are they regarded as such or are they a nuisance? Whatever, I have enjoyed seeing them and my thanks go to my good mate Kathy for sending them to me. All best wishes, Peter in Western Australia
