• At the trail head, 2500'.  Sould I say the wet trail head.  Spirits are high, though.
  • Along the even wetter trail.  Spirits still high.
  • Now it's raining.  But who cares???
  • Setting up low camp at 4500'.  Wet clothes, wet pack, wet tent, and misting.
  • Jay strung the ropes and we laid everything out and waited for the sun to break through the clou
  • Things still drying.  Sun's starting to show through.
  • Superman can learn a thing or two from Jay.
  • Clouds are finely gone and the last of the wet thing drys out.
  • So off we go to high camp.
  • Over the pass and...
  • ...across the traverse and...
  • ...up the snow fields...
  • ...viewing the scenery.
  • We get to see the peak.

  • After we made camp Linda made a very important discovery.
  • And it had a great view.
  • We rested for a few hours and started off at 1AM.  Jay set out a fountain of fiber optic light.
