Hi Yair Thanks for leaving my first ever comment. It lead me to your love for flowering trees - something I love too. My favourites are the flowering dogwoods, but these Poincianas, Yellow and Royal are stunning too. Tony

Hello Yair! What a splendor this tree is! You have made a lovely album of it. I wanted to comment on a few of the shots that really caught my eye, but webshots must be experiencing some growing pains again because the link to leave a photo message was not there. Anyway, thank you for your nice words in my featured album this week. I am happy to hear from you with all the horrible fighting going on in your part of the world. Please stay safe and healthy. Warmest wishes from California, Beth

Wow! This is a beautiful album. I liked #1, 17 & 19! These trees really put out some beautiful flowers. I especially like the signature image because of the blue sky background. That really set off the yellow flowers. Thank you Yair for coming by and leaving so many wonderful messages the week I was FM! You always give me inspiration. Thank you! Hope you have a great weekend. Best wishes, Lynn

Hi Yair, I have been admiring your lovely pictures of the Yellow Poinciana as well as the other two albums with the Llawarra Flame Tree and the Royal Poinciana. The colors found in the flowers of all three of these trees are stunning. Thank you so much for your excellent photography and sharing these pictures. I've been to many botanical gardens in this country and have not seen either of these three trees, possibly I visited at the wrong time or maybe we don't have them here. Hope that you are well and that you and your family are safe. Richard in Arizona

Hello Yair! Lovely pictures of the Yellow Poinciana. We normally call it Peltophorum ferrugineum. It flowers in India in May, the hottest month of the year. It is a much loved avenue tree. Your album has brought out all the beauty of this tree to the viwers' attention. It is a glorious tree when it flowers as witnessed in your album. Fabulous album! Best wishes, Suresh

Dear Yair, I know where Ramat Gan is, being a fan of the Tel Aviv zoo and of the Botanic Garden. Besides, my wife's first cousin lives in Ramat Gan now (he used to live in Bat Yam a few years ago, not exactly the same kind of neighbourhood). I hope things will calm down soon for all of you folks on the other side of our big pond, though things do not look like going that direction for the moment. I feel very sorry for you all. Thanks Yair for sharing your art with us, it sheers us up a little, we really need it. Bye for now, Gerard

I like this album Yair - very well done indeed. Again there are a lot of similarities between the things that grow in our two countries - except that our Poincianas are almost always red. Do you have Poinsiettas as well? They are mostly a winter growing tree with beautiful large red flowers. Hey mate - how did you manage to find that last obscure album of mine under georgieboy05? Hardly anyone ever looks in that site and it gave me quite a shock when I saw your message there! Thanks for that! Best wishes and stay safe please. Peter

Hi Yair! this album is fantastic (now you know my tastes :-). I've never seen a yellow flamboyant in my life, are these trees in Tel Aviv ? BTW, I was supposing you were living in the T-A area, I hope I'm right or at least you are in an "unexposed" place (I know the threat, though). My best wishes are for all of you on the other shore of the med sea: peace and a quiet, decent, life. Your friend, Gerard

Hi Yair, this a lovely album about a lovely tree but what makes it a great album is the captions! I learned something. Yes, and the macros of the flowers were stunning! The flowers look almost like papier mache, the same type of wrinkles. This tree makes quite a splendid statement all by itself, like in #24 on the boulevard. The blooms against the sky are lovely, how nice they bloom from June to September! It will be a shame when the colour goes soon but your album will live on in Webshots! Well done, Yair. I also want to thank you for your generous contributions and support to my "World Windows" albums, it all started from your photos in the Middle East one. I can't thank you enough for that and your kind remarks in the GBs. Take care, Leslie

Thank you Yair, Rocky Mountain High, has done unbelievably well, I just noticed it is in the top 5 mountain albums, so I am happy that people like it so much without being featured, I put a lot of hours into this one and really enjoyed making it! Once they change the format of w/s most good albums(not talking about mine) won't even be noticed any more I am afraid, I am wondering in the future where is the incentive anymore to make a good album - it will just disappear in a mass of stupid thumbnails, not even corresponding to the category. I spent a lot of time looking at the beta site this weekend, and I am very discouraged, don't know how you feel about this?I meant to send you an e-mail, maybe I will within the next few days, don't have the time or nerves today. Big hugs and continued prayers, my friend, from Houston. Marita

Hi Yair! This album is stunning! You are magical with a camera, my friend. One of my favorite color combinations is blue and yellow so when you shot photos of the beautiful yellow blooms against the blue sky, I was just mesmerized. For some reason, I could not comment on individual shots, but they were all superb! My Botany professor from college would have enjoyed your commentary, too. You are very knowledgeable about these flowers. That makes the album so enjoyable for us all. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us. Please stay safe!! You are in my prayers daily. Shalom from Tennessee, Yair. - Carole

Hi Yair, thanks for looking at my album of unclean streets. They usually DO clean the streets even here, but not so early in the morning as I am on the streets! You should try it! It's nice to look at this album. The Yellow Poinciana was my very first project on Webshots. I love this tree. The building I live in is surrounded by those trees. This year they had a very poor bloom - but I could enjoy a much richer bloom in your album! :-) Take care! - Galit

Hello Yair my friend. It is good to see you're OK and still clicking away with your trusty camera, creating such wonderful albums. This one is great and has my favourite colours in every photo (Green & Gold -- Being very patriotic LOL .... ;-D ). You always have such clarity, composition and sharpness of shot. The bees make for an interesting subject, within the subject, although they seem very large. This is another tree I have yet to see for myself. It is too cool in Melbourne for them .... One day I might see one .... one day ... HHHUUUUUMMMMM!!! I might just have to be content to view your album over and over ...... Take good care My Friend .... Warmest wishes as always .... Hi Yair! Another lovely album with beautiful photos one after the other! I enjoyed the beautiful colors. Loved the bee macros!

Yair, what a beautiful tree and you explain it with such detail. It must be breathtaking when it is at its peak. Thank you btw. for always posting such wonderful photos whether it be trees, flowers, or anything that may catch your eye. I hope that all is well. Take care. Regards, Kevin.

If these trees are not in its full beauty, I can only your photos imagine if they were... because your album is already so wonderful! But I understand what you mean... It happened exactly the same to me when I posted my album about Quinta da Fidalga. About two weeks later, I was there and no flowers at all!!! Nor beautiful petals's carpet on the ground... Completely different, although still beautiful. The heat has now decreased a bit, thanks God. We had temperatures of 41 degrees here, and much more in certain zones of the country. I was in my homeland, in Alentejo, where it is always hotter than here, near Lisbon, and the heat was suffocating. I thought I was melting... But, fortunately, we don't have much humidity. Well, for the plants it would be better, but not for us, lol. Have you already seen the new visual of our homepage? I don't like it... They have cut the profile's photos's size and now there is only one (my Chorדo will not like this too), and our albums's presentation photos have been reduced and they are now a square! I don't like it, not at all, and I have already told this to them! I hope I will accustom myself to these new features. I think the old visual is much more attractive. Of course there are advantages... We can upload more 500 monthly, besides the 5000. Oh my God! What a long will... Please, forgive me this relief:) All the best, Rosa

Hi Yair! I don't know where you discover so many gorgeous trees to capture! One day I will visit Tel Aviv to see all these wonders. Great set of ravishing shots! Great Yellow! It's so nice, detaching against the beautiful blue of the sky. Another great album. Congratulations! favorite photos: all of them! You're great! I'm glad to know that you and yours are well. All the best, Rosa

Hi Yair! Yes, the Yellow Poinciana is certainly a flamboyant tree with that wonderful yellow contrasting with the green of the lacy leaves and the blue of the sky. You have portrayed it in all its beauty and this is a wonderful dedication to a lovely tree. Great shots! Actually, I have seen far more of the Red Poincianas than Yellow here in Australia, but Queensland may have more of the yellow ones. Thankyou for visiting my Autumn album and your nice message. Best wishes and take care.. Gladys, Western Australia.
