Album Description:
"Clouds of insects danced and buzzed in the golden autumn light, and the air was full of the piping of the song-birds. Long, glinting dragonflies shot across the path, or hung tremulous with gauzy wings and gleaming bodies." - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

I have a dragonfly album as well, but it isn't nearly as nice as this one. Do you have ponds around your home where these species hand out? I see several that aren't native to Nova Scotia. An album worth many return visits. ~ Brenda (novascotianature.com)

What an exciting album for me..absolutely love dragonflies. My sweetie bought me a broach, and the whole body part wiggles. The body and wings are gold toned, and the wings are so delicate..truly pretty for a lady that likes dragonflies as much as I do.

A wonderous album Suzanne. It put a lot of names to some that I have not been able to identify. Thank you.

Well done Suzanne! These little devils are not easy to photograph, at least not around here.
