  • Hello, This is a wonderful album on a period of our history that has captivated me for years. You have so many interesting shots, it took me quite awhile to get through your album. I will have to keep my eyes open for Rendezvous in New York State or upper PA and make plans to visit. Reinactors do such a great job maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the periods they represent and the folks shown here are no exception. Thank you for sharing your album with us. Steve and Darcy still occasionally participate in Rendezvous and give presentations of what Plains life was like for the Native Americans and the Europeans who lived among them, Mountain Men and Fur Trappers and Traders. Darcy still makes dolls and clothing, in the Plains Style but also that of the Northeastern Tribes. Her knowledge of and detail to Native American Period Style is phenomenal.
