  • (Jim Jarvis - Camino, CA) Happy birthday, SnowNymph. I happened upon you, your friends, & adventures several years ago during a search of climbing activity in the Ritter Range. My dad first took me scrambling up Ritter Pass way back when a hiker rarely met another soul in there, Heaven's Playground -- '57 or '58, meaning I was 7 or 8 and as dynamic as a boy could be with his dad clutching, safely reigned, the back of his belt. Your summiting Ritter & Banner thrilled me so much I was virtually with you on many of your subsequent achievements, whether class III pulls or meadow-lazing to admire wildflowers. Awesome, Cori!
