I never got to spend much time in this area but would still love another trip.

Winston, Thanks a 'billion,' (used to be a million; I'm taking inflation into consideration), for your photography and this awesome visual tour you exhibit here - of the Sierras ! Thanks mostly to you, and a few others on WSs, I have come to the conclusion that the Sierras are # 1 for - the most beautiful and awesomely-diverse mountain scenery on this planet. <> Regarding your photo's, terrific color too ! Colorful to the right degree - (the way I see it). Your [effort and time] to get these scenes is sure appreciated ! ! ! I'm sure zealot environmentalists would appreciate your effort. I'm one too, I just try to not let it show. And, I echo the comments below too ! {Every scene] was a total and interesting pleasure ! ~ Gary

Wow, I tend to just get lost in your albums... I lose track of the time as I page through them. As I mentioned on another one of your pics, the depth of field you get out of your pictures, and the way in which you include elements right under your nose all the way to the horizon makes for a great composition! You had some very nice words to say about my pictures, but so many times I come across one of yours and think to myself, "I wish I had taken that one!"

Great mountain album. You captured a lot of nice light and color not to mention brilliant blue skis. I've really enjoyed my brief adventures in the Sieras, and enjoyed taking the tour thru your fotos. Thanks for the encouraging words in my Switz. and Wind River albums...Regards from CO...
