When I clicked on your jelly beans picture on today's featured album, I did not dream that I was in for such a rare treat as these glorious pictures of the Keukenhof Gardens. My husband and I went there in April of this year and in May last year. My first Keukenhof album was compiled of pictures shot with our analogue camera, but, when I saw how beautiful and colourful the park was, I made sure that I had a digital camera, when we went this year. It was the camera's "maiden voyage", as it had only arrived from Amazon the previous day and I had not had time to experiment before leaving for Holland, so I shot half the pictures with "Old Faithful" (now gone into retirement)just to be on the safe side. As it was, the digital pictures turned out fine. Now you have made my mind up! I am going to try and upgrade my camera to 10 megapixels before my next visit, as it may well be my last. I cannot imagine being able to persuade my husband to go there a fourth time, as he is not as enthusiastic about flowers as I am. I have been all the way through your album and downloaded quite a few pictures, but I will be bookmarking your page and coming back over the course of the next week or two to download the rest. This is definitely a collection that I want in its entirity! Thank you very much for sharing. Your stunning pictures have really brightened up my day. And may we know your name?
