  • Hi Anne-Marie, Thank you for sharing these wonderful pictures, which I have greatly enjoyed viewing. You will find my individual comments at the foot of each of my favourites - and there were a lot of favourites! I will have to return to actually download the pictures later, but I have sent myself a photo e-card of the first picture in the album to make sure that I do not forget. I am on holiday in the Western Isles at the moment and, unfortunately, autumn has arrived early, as it seems to be doing in other parts of the British Isles. The winds were so strong today, I was nearly blown over, when I went outside the house to take a few pictures. It was so cold and blustery today, that I assigned my son the task of taking pictures of the local carnival and stayed at home and did some computer work for my daughter-in-law. With the high winds, it was not long before they returned home. I will upload the carneval pictures onto Webshots, when I return home. I have shot aeroplanes, wildflowers and got some good cat shots too - at least they look good on my camera monitor. It has been to cold to go to the beaches, but, if the weather clears, we will go there tomorrow and visit the castle. I hope you are having a pleasant week-end.
