Thanks for your comments on my Newfoundland album, and for your suggestion that I see the "Shipping News." As coincidence would have it, I borrowed the DVD from the library the day before you suggested it. I had seen it before, but wanted to see it again, after having Newfoundland in person. This album of yours is wonderful, and I have made comments on several of the individual images.

Hi, Tom Thanks for your comments on my Ireland album...Mom and I had a great time on our tour. I hadn't realized you were an O'Donnell! Had you been with us on our tour of Donegal castle, you would have been treated as royalty. In fact, I took a photo of a poster about the O'Donnells who inhabited Donegal castle, because one of my Mom's best friends is an O'Donnell, and she wanted to show her. Eventually, I will post that image and alert you to the link, but it will have to wait a while...tomorrow I leave at 4AM for a family gathering at the Outer Banks. I'll be gone for a week. I would love to take credit for nominating your boats album, but I didn't do this directly...only via my comments on one of your photos in this album that your beautiful photos should have a wider audience. Maybe someone at Webshots noticed that comment and acted accordingly. Enjoy the waning days of summer!
